Completely remodeled, beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Sleeps up to 8 people. It has two king beds, one queen bed, and a large couch.

Granite counters, marble bathrooms, fireplace. Huge deck that faces the mountain with breathtaking views of ski lifts and across the street from the "mall" which has a convenience store, shops and restaurants.

Fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Bathrooms with showers and double sinks. Modern wood burning fireplace.

Large Flat-screen TV in the living room.

Great deck and balcony with views of the ski lifts directly across the street from the property.

Great condo in amazing location
We spent 4 nights here with our family of 5. There was plenty of space for everyone. The walk in showers in both bathrooms were a nice luxury! The location of this condo can't be beat. It sits just on the other side of the highway from the pizza place, general store, etc. We were able to walk right over to Giant Steps if we didn't feel like driving. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. The only other thing I could say is that it would've been nice if the kitchen was just slightly more stocked (spices, aluminum foil, etc), but it wasn't a big issue for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Walk to Giant Steps!
Great location, walk right across the street to Giant Steps! Would have been 5 stars except for the noisy neighbors above at night was not the best. Even with that we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Nicely decorated, reasonably clean, fully furnished with plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen implements, spices, and toiletries. The furnishings are comfortable and location is excellent. A couple of concerns. As pointed out by a previous reviewer, the directions to the place are to a completely different building. The unit is NOT in the building labelled “Chalet Village” it is a different building labelled “Villa Cholla.” The building markings aren’t extremely clear, so incorrect directions are a big deal. I had to reach out to the owner for information on how to access the unit and the thermostat code and the wifi. The response was prompt, but this is information that should be provided without having to ask. There are several lights that are out, outlets that don’t work, and several burners that don’t work. The heater vents are arranged so that if the main rooms are comfortable, the master bedroom is sweltering. Important safety concern—there is a large deep grate right in front of the side door to the unit. When we arrived, this grate had been covered by a mat and snow, and we didn’t realize it was there. Overnight, we received several inches of snow blocking the only available exit door, and we were trapped until we were able to remove enough snow for us to get out. When we eventually uncovered and found the grate, it was fine, but instructions should be given to tenants to NEVER cover the grate.

Misleading and not clean we almost left!
Let me clear up some details that are misleading and seemed to be in most of the reviews I read. The property would be easy to find with proper instructions. The property is second building on the left once you turn right off of 143 (Easy). It mentions the building color that is behind this unit because those units are newer and nicer. I contacted the host in advance wanting instructions for when we arrive and he neglected to give me any, just that it was a wood burning fireplace. So when we arrived we ended up contacting VRBO direct to attempt to find the unit and then get in. We were finally contacted by property management who were decent and eventually got us to the property and in, but neglected to give us a code for the Thermostat so had to contact them back and hunt down the person we needed to get the info from to turn the heat on. After getting in it was one thing after another that didn't work or was dirty or in need of repair. The good thing was the view does look directly at Giant Steps so that was nice. The double shower was nice although not near the bedrooms. I can't figure out how to upload pictures or video or you could see I am not just a normal fussy reviewer. Won't go back. Notes: Photos misrepresent the unit, ex. furniture Directions to unit are incorrect and misleading: indicate brown & green building when it in fact is grey & red does not say “chalet village” it says “Villa Chollta” No arrival or entry instructions Unresponsive owners - had to contact VRBO direct No thermostat code instructions No WiFi - see screenshots “Skivillage” in email is incorrect. Entryway clutter - disgusting unsanitary mop No shoveling front or side entrance Dirty throughout Dirty brooms, mops right next to refrigerator disorganized dirty drawers throughout kitchen, Living room, bathrooms Oven and toaster dirty Stovetop not clean Shower not clean Only 2 front stove burners work Fireplace not cleaned, leftover burnt wood & ashes from previous use Disgusting scary closet off of kitchen area Recliners do not recline and are not what was in the photo. Front door cracked open letting in cold air Walls are dirty, unkempt paint job and furniture chipped or broken Several lights throughout unit do not work or no lightbulbs at all 1st Bedroom lights do not work, outlets do not work 40% of the outlets do not work One bed caves in the middle the other bedroom is too hot. DVD players “available” is in bedroom, not in living room

Great location condo
Very nice condo with great location. Enjoyed the stay. Convenient to Brianhead village. Kitchen could use a good scrub. Otherwise, great stay.
