Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was recently remodeled and everything was great. The kitchen has everything you could need. This ground floor was easy to get to. The lanai over looks the ocean and you can sit there and watch the surfers. The unit doesn't have AC but there is always a breeze. Across the street is a fabulous bakery. It is a convenient location and easy to get to anywhere.

Nice well-maintained little condo in a convenient location. My only complaint is the lack of AC. I mistakenly just assumed places would all have AC. It gets a little warm during the day, but does cool off at night as long as you sleep with the sliding door wide open. That’s what we did and did not have any issues.

Another great trip to Kauai

This is our second stay in this apartment building. Perfect location to visit all parts of Kauai. Great view of the ocean. It’s our default go-to location. Thanks for hosting us!

Excellent Location

The condo was in a perfect location to access the whole island. It also had everything we needed as well for the beach which was very helpful. Would def book here and the property manager Mark was so very nice and kept the property so nice.

Easy location, not the quietest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: State main floor nice view of the bay however, lots of road noise and a strong sulphur smell every day we were there. Bedroom window shares the walkway for other condos and with no AC the windows are open, which makes quite a bit of noise in the bedroom and not much privacy at all.

OUTSTANDING

The pictures don't give this location justice - it was more beautiful than we could have imagined! We had a truly wonderful time here and will absolutey stay here when we return to Kauai again!

Nice Place for Two!

This is a nice condo for two - the views great from the lanai for beautiful sunrises. There is a road behind the building but the ocean sounds drowned out street noise. We found the unit very spacious and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning but at this time of year - February - it was not needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time and would highly recommend. The location is beautiful and easy to walk to a variety of restaurants as well as the coconut market. The unit itself is well provisioned. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. The only thing that was not perfect was the wifi connectivity. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you need it, it’s not great. Also, know that the unit is NOT air conditioned. The bedroom is in the front of the unit, by the front door, so you’ll want to have the windows open to keep it cool…there’s a lot of light outside…so you may want to bring an eye mask! Overall this was a really lovely stay.

A beautiful site to watch the ocean, surfers, occasional whale sightings and feral chickens just outside our floor level lanai. We have rented several Kauai units, but this one is the best!

Everything you need

Our condo was perfect. It had an absolutely beautiful and direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio with the sounds of the crashing waves. The condo itself was clean, updated where it counts (kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer) and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials as was the condo itself with towels and beach items (chairs, mats, etc). The condo’s location was perfect for exploring both the north and south shores, being no more than an hour’s drive in both directions. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend.
