Spacious, 1283 square foot, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom Coastal Retreat Aqua condominium. With close proximity to the beach and no long elevator waits, you are sure to truly enjoy your beach days with us! The private balcony features 180-degree panoramic beach views that are perfect for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails.

Exquisite interior spaces include updated furniture, new walnut colored porcelain tile, granite kitchen counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and personal washer and dryer.
An elegant master suite features a separate glass-enclosed shower and vanity with double sinks.

Great place, perfect location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about our stay at Aqua Resort. It was our 3rd time staying here, first time in Unit 205. We love the 2nd floor here, you get a separate elevator, and can easily take the stairs. The room was very nice and very clean. There weren’t many left when I booked our vacation and I believe this one was available because both bedrooms are not beach side, they are on the side that the road is on, and I was concerned about road noise, music from Shuckums at night, etc. but we brought sound machines and didn’t hear anything at all that kept us from getting great nights sleep. The mattresses were very comfortable also. The only thing missing was comforters or blankets on the beds. The condo stays very nice and cool, and could have used something other than a sheet and very light toppers. The pools are great, the entire process from booking to check out was perfect. They called to check on us the day after check in, and kept us updated on the codes to get in. Everything was perfect! Will definitely rent from Aqua again! Walking distance to Pier Park and across the street from Store/Liquor store, Shuckums and an ice machine to buy bags of ice are on sight. It was very convenient and easy in and out when taking your vehicle.

My Aqua Vacation

Everything was good other than not as clean as expected, especially after the repeated communication we received how we had to wait to check in due to increased cleaning. We actually had cheese nips across the floor in kitchen. And the washer/dryer not clean.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The only concern we had was loud traffic and music at night due to bedroom being near street. However, we would choose to stay at Aqua again.

Over price Nazi Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had 2 different staff members come to my condo because of a smoking complaint. The facility encourages guest to report violations of a non smoking policy which is posted inside and outside of the elevators. The person that reported my condo for the violation evidently identified the wrong condo twice. The violation was the unit above. My suggestion is to mind your own business and definitely confirm that their complaint is valid and indentifymthe correct unit.the property was also dirty and quest were allowed to wash off their sand covered feet in the pool.

Nice room - needs work

Nice room and stay but the sofa, loveseat, and chair cushions at kitchen table were stained and filthy. I was so filthy they were uncomfortable to use so we didn’t…. Just rented out and run it out until these things are replaced tillage is there a far behind being cleaned. Other than the furniture needing to be replaced the room was nice and the second floor is perfect for ease of have access and small children. Aronov Company is easy to deal with and very responsive to any requests for issues that arise. Thank you Robin !

Good location, great unit, some unnecessary glitches.

Reviewer Comments: I came here in December after a very stressful and traumatic 2020 including the death of my husband. We had come here to the Aqua together for many recent winters for a month or two so I was looking for a safe, easy hassle free retreat. For the most part, it was exactly that. However the extra fees for parking for my car and for guests was a harassment that was disturbing. Look, if your paying over $250 A month, that should include parking! Also my unit was right above the gate to the beach, that gate was slamming like an explosion hundreds of times and also jammed on several occasions without resolution, totally without responsive repair!

Great apartment, awful location by the beach gate

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am mostly satisfied with the interior of Unit 205, it is nicely furnished. But outside is another story, if you are a balcony sitter like I am, the clanking of the pool gate will drive you crazy when it is a busy day. Also the Master Bedroom Mattress is hollowed out in the middle and you always will "roll" there no matter where you start.
