I enjoyed my visit at Aqua Resort. The condo was beautiful and the ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking as well as the sunsets. Access to our condo was easy , just a few steps to the elevator. Although we were just on the fourth floor the elevators were available fast and mine you there are 22 floors. I loved the easy in and out parking garage. I will definitely stay again

This 403 property is everything you need to have a very relaxing vacation. The property was clean, well kept, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and host were very informative and accommodating. Mostly our group came from different states (LA, NJ and GA) we all had our great time staying in this property! Thank you.

This was a great place to stay and provided all that we needed. Walking distance to a lot of places. Walmart around the corner for anything you need or forgot

Aqua condo resort in Panama City beach is a nice property & within walking distance to restaurants & beach supply stores. However the beach is very crowded in this area. Parking is across the street so you have to retrieve a luggage cart to load & unload your car then maneuver it through the parking deck & several elevators.

A lot of stuff was falling apart, wasn’t the cleanest. Had to message the host to get someone to come fix the shower had 4 people trying to shower and stopped up. Had to have the fan in bedroom fixed also the door on the laundry. I’ve definitely stayed in cleaner and better. U wouldn’t to book that room again.

The condo was lovely! We had everything we needed, the rooms were large enough for our family and we loved the balcony - the view was incredible! Loved everything and would definitely stay here again!

This is the secong time at Aqua and we enjoyed every minute! We spent time on the beach, Joe and his guys were super nice to work with for our chairs and the water sports. Our family enjoyed the hot tub as well, but not the pool, we loved the beach! Went on a catamaran, did the Tiki sunset dolphin cruise and saw a lot of dolphins, then we did a jet ski dolphin tour and that was amazing! So much fun and the dolphins were out in full force.Amazing stay the unit we were in was perfect. It even had boogie boards in one of the closets!

Family Vaca to rest after the holidays. Location is fantastic- walking distance to Pier Park, top golf, Walmart, Target, Dillard’s- all about 4 min away- it’s great! Condo was good, great balcony with high top table to be able to have breakfast and take in a great view. Wrong code was given for garage, that could be an easy mistake- we got in.

Great Cpndo

This place is in a convenient location and the condo was very clean. The condo was very spacious for a family of 5. Plenty of space and the balconies have amazing views. Will definitely book again.

Check in was not as expected. Parking was not free for guest. Fake advertisement, The advertisement says free beach chairs, that was incorrect. The condo was nice overall.

Wonderful getaway

Loved the place...beautiful and comfortable Check in process needs attention. We got to the garage and were given the wrong code so had to find security to help. We were also given a code for the pool and again it was the wrong code. The kiosk where we got the parking permit was not working well so once again we had to find security.

This unit should not have been rented at all, the condition it’s in is embarrassing. When we checked in 2 TVs didn’t work- one was repaired 2 days later, the second one replaced after 4 days. Communication with property manager was inconsistent and needed consistent follow up on our end to ensure work orders are completed. Fan and light in living room didn’t work either. Pots and pans should be thrown away, no matching glasses- seems like they kept what guests left behind. There is rust and conditional damage everywhere. I stayed at another unit in this building 3 years ago and had a lot better experience but this time it was a waste of money. Don’t book this unit, you’ll be very disappointed.

Condo was clean and in a great location for us. Everything was as described, just would have liked lights working on the balcony. Host was very communicative, smoke detectors needed battery replacements, and sent someone asap. Right on the beach as described and room was right by the elevators. Beds were very comfortable! Lots of channels on tv if you choose to watch! Would definitely rent here again if going to pcb!
