central location ! It is on the Fanno Creek and SW Hall Blvd, close to the Tigard public library, the beautiful Fanno Creek trail is just a minutes walk away. This is a very spacious Single level , single family home , with vaulted ceiling and open kitchen, living dining floor plan, this house feels very spacious, bright and pleasant. House is new, all appliance and furniture are new, Mattress are high quality brand, and of course NEW! ( with my experience , I find the good quality mattress is important for a good night sleep, many home I stayed during my travel, I found the home were beautiful, but the mattress were mostly old and saggy, I personally want to make effort on the mattress for this home, hope you will notice the difference)
Hardwood floor through out the house, big fenced grass yard, so pets are welcome !

Property is next to Tigard public library, conveniently located 15-20 minutes to portland downtown, 3 minutes west of lake Oswego, 5 minutes to Bridgeport shopping center, the most upscale stores and fine dining restaurants, 3 minutes to I-5, or 217.

Clean Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Tigard, the house was clean which is mostly what I care about. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it wasn't well stocked, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, no dish soap (only dishwasher soap), 1 kitchen towel and rag, 1 garbage bag, empty salt and pepper shakers etc and we were staying for 3.5 weeks! Upon request of more items we received a few extra kitchen towels, more garbage bags and hand soap but we had to shop for everything else. Owners were easy to communicate with and house was clean so I'd stay again but just know you may be buying necessities, I just wish I knew before arriving what would be provided or not.

Clean, well appointed and in a nice quiet neighborhood

I was looking for accommodations for 3 business guests within close proximity to our office. This was far better than putting people up in a hotel for 2 weeks. Not only is the cost comparable or slightly less than 3 hotel rooms for 2 weeks the open living / dining space offered a more relaxed collaborate environment.

A great home away from home

We felt very comfortable at this house while our own house was under construction. Our kids had fun playing in the main room. Even though the house backs up to a main road, it was quiet and the fenced yard felt very private. It was great to have access to the garage, as well.

Nice house, but not for a Wheelchair or a walker

This rental has some very good things and some not so good. The pros: First, the host, Vivian, is very attentive and helpful. She answers inquiries quickly and is willing to work with you when there are problems. Second, the house, itself, is very nice. The living room/kitchen area is a large, comfortable, quite usable space. It is very quiet inside, even though the backyard is next to a busy road. Outside, the noise did not seem bad or disruptive. The house is in a safe neighborhood. The cons: while the house is all on one level, there are stairs leading up to the front door (there is also a stairwell, if entering through the garage). It is not set up for anyone with mobility issues. Second, the house is at the end a short, skinny road that is more alleyway than street. There was not enough room to turn around in front of the house or in the driveway (which is sloped), so we had to drive backward down the alleyway to get out. That may be easier for someone to do in a smaller car. If you are uncomfortable driving backward a few house-lengths, be aware of this. Lastly, the timing of our stay was unfortunate. The deck was in dangerous need of repair (as was a small part of the wooden stairs in front of the house). Some boards broke through, when we stepped on them. Vivian had said some of the boards needed repair or replacing and was going to send a repair crew over during our stay. We did not want the disruption and noise on our vacation, so we asked her to wait until we left. Hopefully, the decking will be replaced and usable in time for the next renters.

OHSU home away from home

This is a nicely remodeled home that is an easy drive to OHSU and fit our needs nicely. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. Overall a very good experience.

Clean and organize

The property is clean and fully equipped. The communicate with the host is very fast. I got the answer back within a minutes even late a night.

family wedding trip

Convenient location.. Enjoyed the outdoor deck area both in morning for coffee and sunrise,as well as, relaxing evening with family. Beds were comfortable. And property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stress-free stay. Thank you so much

College graduation

Very nice. Wish the back yard lawn was mowed. We have two small dogs who hopped around the tall "grass". Unfortunaty the floors needed to be mopped because all of us got dirty feet quickly. For others, they should know the back yard butts up against a very busy street but house is pretty sound proof. We were not in the house but to sleep and cook some meals because its Portland.... so much to do and see. Thanks . Very sad because daughter is staying after graduation.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean home, modern and comfortable. We were temporarily relocated while our hardwood floors were being refinished and enjoyed our stay. Close commute to Portland and nice neighborhood with many dining options nearby.

Comfortable and Simple

Location was ideal for our family get together, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Location and floor plan were ideal for us. It’s close to so many things we were interested in, like the zoo and children’ Museum, as well as restaurants and stores (Costco and Fred Myers for example). We also discovered a lovely park for the kids (Cook Park) not far away and a wonderful library within walking distance. We will definitely consider coming back.

Perfect for a family gathering

This home is in a quiet court with a fenced in yard. Perfect for a family gathering. We were truly impressed with the extreme cleanliness. We had everything we needed, extra blankets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Great to have Alexa as she entertained our 5 year old and gave us answers to many questions. Wifi was super, as was the TV. Big kitchen with lots of pots and pans. And lots of seating. AND a real plus to be just about across the street from the walking/biking trail along Fanno Creek. You can walk into the quaint town of Tigard and reach a marvelous coffee shop with all home made pastries(and gluten free goodies!). We highly recommend this house. It is easy to get into Portland. We did the Children's Museum, Washington Park. All easy drives. My whole family was very happy staying here! Thanks for a great experience!!

Amazing!

We stay in rentals often, this was beyond top notch in many ways. The communication was amazing, secure neighborhood and neighbors, quiet community and close to all we needed. I will absolutely utilize this beautiful home again! I highly recommend to others! Thank you Vivian.

nice modern home conveniently located for sightseeing down town.

Five of i=us comfortably shared to spar, Modern appliances and easily accessed house located on a quiet street by itself. Easily accessed to city and other places for sight seeing. Only two minor issues. The second bathroom had no place to hang towels tp dry and no drawer space in the second bedrooms but could use the closets. Would definitely return

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay this home. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with a walking trail just across the driveway. I had my dog with me and the trail was a great way to start and end the day with a walk. The house has a secure backyard which made it so nice for our dog. It is also centrally located, close to the freeways but also to shopping within couple of miles. The house is very comfortable, updated, clean, stocked with daily items which made our stay easy. Loved the master room. We would definitely stay at this house again. The owner, Vivian was great. Quick responses and communication was clear. Thank you for the opportunity to let us stay. We truly enjoyed it.

Exactly what we needed for 5 adults three kids and three dogs

Attending a wedding in Aurora OR and this was perfect for us. Very nice house in great neighborhood close to grocery and shopping. Not sure if it is listed but the backyard is fenced as well. Would rent again.

At best middle of the pack

Living area sparsely furnished. Getting into house was difficult for older folks as there is a rather steep incline. In the master bedroom there is a lot of traffic noise as a major road goes along back of house and it only sits about 30 feet from house.

Nice, clean and spacious home

Nice home very close to Portland. The owners were wonderful to work with. When we first arrived there was a problem with the air conditioner and they took care of the repairs immediately. They even reimbursed us for a night for the inconvenience. We stayed for a month and we were close by to our family in the area. There was plenty of room when they came to visit.

A perfect place

Our family of four with a dog really enjoyed this spacious house for a week. The house was perfect - very modern and clean. All appliances were new. The location was perfect as well: 20 minutes from Portland in a quiet residential community in close proximity to many hikes and parks.
