The cottage was cozy and comfortable! We enjoyed the beautiful decor which created a beachside feel. The host provided an excellent welcome package with lots of useful information in it and Jamie was so responsive to any questions we had. The location was so close to so many things, yet the evenings were nice and quiet while we relaxed in the living room. The fireplace helped with the comfy, cozy atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Cottage. Jamie was a terrific host — warm, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. The house is even more charming than the photos, beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were wonderful and we slept so well with the windows open, waking up to the birds. We cooked dinners, enjoyed the grill, and even baked hundreds of cookies for our daughter’s wedding.A truly special stay in Kennebunkport. We would absolutely come back!

Perfect Maine Getaway

This was our second time staying in Rose Cottage and it won't be our last. Staying here is comparable to staying in a 5 star resort in an idyllic storybook location. The house is immaculate, extremely comfortable and well appointed. It is within walking distance to restaurants, local shops and markets...and just a short 5 minute drive to the heart of Kennebunkport. The ideal place to stay for a true taste of Maine!

Cutest Cottage and Town!

Rose Cottage was adorable! By far one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in! It was very clean and had everything you needed and more. The town of Cape Porpoise that its located in is so charming too! We loved staying outside of downtown Kennebunkport because of how crowded it gets but the cottage is a quick 5 min. away if you want to go into town but we honestly enjoyed staying in cape porpoise over going to Kennebunkport. We will definitely be coming back to rose cottage and cape porpoise!

Storybook Cottage

Perfection in every way! Rose Cottage is the ideal place to stay for a getaway in southern Maine. Beautifully appointed with lush landscaping, Rose Cottage feels like it has been plucked from the pages of a fairytale. Close enough to Kennebunkport but tucked away in the quaint village of Cape Porpoise. Dining and shopping are located just a scenic, short stroll away from the cottage. We will definitely return!
