Clean 2,600 square feet, three bedroom (the bonus room doubles as a fourth bedroom), luxury, modern home downtown, just 18 blocks north of Broadway. 6 minute ride. It features porches, rooftop deck with lounge furniture, balconies and four full baths. Enjoy uninterrupted sunset views, a peak of the the downtown skyline and proximity to great Germantown restaurants and the Farmers Market.
The space
* 1st floor: Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom, drop zone, access to back yard, TV
* 2nd floor: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, TV in master
* 3rd floor: Bonus room has a lockable door, bath, wet bar, TV, access to rooftop deck with ample seating for hanging out or eating.
Trundle bed(2 twins) that functions as a couch and another couch that folds down to Futon(Full size)
* Private backyard and porch
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, rooftop and parking in the front. The house is fully furnished with towels, linens and basic toiletries. High speed Wi-Fi throughout. Guests have a washer and dryer, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker.
Interaction with guests
Guests are given a lock code and they may call if they need anything. We are happy to give suggestions and help our guests have the best experience possible while in this great city. Please feel free to text/call anytime. We are just a few minutes away. You will have privacy and the ability to enjoy your own experience with no unwanted interaction.

To ensure a peaceful environment and maintain a respectful relationship with our neighbors, we kindly request that all guests adhere to the following:
Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum, including:
Loud conversations
Music or television
Outdoor activities
No large parties or gatherings (exceeding 12 attendees) are to be held on the property.
Park on designated driveway in front of the home. Street parking also available.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
