This amazing contemporary 3 BR / 2 BA home is the perfect desert getaway for those looking to soak up the famous Palm Springs sunshine. Featuring a quiet and private backyard you can enjoy the pool while taking in the majestic San Jacinto Mountain views. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed while the other guest bedroom has two twin beds. An oversized sectional sofa is in the living room with views off the pool or watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. The dining room accommodates 6 people with additional alfresco dining for 6 outdoors.

Relax under the pergola with your favorite book for a quick respite from the sun or gaze at the stars around the gas fire-pit. Located just miles from downtown, you have easy access to great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, casinos, spas and the famous Palm Springs tramway.

Your Happy Hour is ideally situated on a quiet residential street that’s only a few minutes by car from everything Palm Springs offers. You’re less than five minutes by car from the chic Uptown Design District, downtown’s eclectic tourist mecca, and just one extra minute to the newly burgeoning East Palm Canyon Corridor of swanky bars, beach clubs, coffee and breakfast joints, and popular restaurants.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family with 2 kids enjoyed our stay. Only complaints are that we paid to heat the pool, but it was still so cold everyone’s teeth were chattering the whole time. And the location is directly under the flight path of planes taking off so it was very loud. Otherwise the house was great and looked just like the listing photos. We loved all the natural light, open space, and washer/dryer.

Great spot

Stayed here with a small group of friend and it was awesome. Only thing that could be better is an automated check in process instead of over the phone.

Had a Great Time!

We had a great time as a family of 5 (3 young children). The bedrooms were perfect. Beds very comfy, only complaint is that the blackout blinds let lots of light in around the sides in the early am. Kitchen was well stocked and pool was perfect! Would love to visit again.

Great vacation!

Perfect getaway for our family! Check-in/out process was easy. Good communication with the property management company. The pool was the right size (5ft) for the kids. I LOVE the sliding doors with a clear view of the pool… peace of mind for a mom! We’ll definitely stay here again!

All you need.

This property had all we needed. We have a family, so we tend to eat at home. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear to make cooking easy. The pool was heated, so we could use it even on windy afternoons.

Great pool, relaxing space

The home was clean and the outdoor space was outstanding. The pool was perfect. Location is under flight path but close to all amenities. Local ordinance prohibits playing *any* music outside, unfortunate if you like to listen to music quietly while sipping coffee or a glass of wine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It met all expectations based on description. Very quiet and easy access to the surrounding area. Communication was spot on and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely come and stay again.

Happy hour heaven!

My friends and I stayed at the Happy Hour house for a week. It was the perfect place to swim all day and then watch movies at night! We felt very relaxed and comfortable. There was plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies for us to make our meals. It was extremely hot during our stay and the air only drops to 76, it would have been nice to make the house cooler. Palm Springs doesn’t allow any outdoor music of any kind, so our days by the pool were silent but it would have been nice to have some light music. You will get fined and potentially evicted for music!! The shower curtains had a weird mildew smell which wasn’t pleasant but overall the house was clean.

Perfect family getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The kids loved the pool, we all had our own rooms and space to relax, and the common area was spacious so no one was in each other's way. We would definitely come back again.

So quiet

The only thin I can say is the photos don’t do it justice. The place is lovely. My friend and I could not have been happier with our stay. We were close enough to everything. After our first half hour in the house we made concise plans so we would have to leave the house as little as possible. The guide book and the rules of the house made our stay that much more enjoyable. Every thing was so peaceful and quiet. This is my go to for Palm Springs. Steven

Just right for us

Stayed at this property for 5 nights, was just as described and pretty clean everywhere except maybe the kitchen could have been cleaner. I am a bit OCD and almost had a breakdown not being able to find a vacuum cleaner. The instruction was to not set the AC lower than 76 which is slightly too warm for me, 72-74 would have been better.

Relaxing bright lovely place

Truly enjoyed this house. Bright, comfortable and nice neighborhood. Too bad about the strict no music outside rule-missed music while we were in the pool.

This house was just perfect!

This VRBO was simply the best. It was a good size for the 4 of us, including the bedrooms! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook whatever we had planned out (shakes, bbq, etc). Nick was pretty dope as well and gave us all the info we needed for the house. He's very responsive through calls and emails too! I would highly suggest this home. It's in a cute neighborhood, near everything (helps if you have a car), and it's definitely a place to relax :).

Amazing home and fabulous location

Nick was an excellent host. The house was perfect, just the right size for 6 of us, spacious and comfortable. We loved the pool and backyard, perfect for lounging and relaxing and the location/proximity to downtown, hiking, shopping was fabulous. Quick Lyft away! I hope to be back!!

Perfect Palm Springs getaway!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you could want. The pool was delightful and we especially loved the covered cabana area. Quick drive to downtown. Very quiet and super comfortable. Would be happy to return!
