The home provided an oasis of comfort during a hot spell visiting Albuquerque. The kitchen is extremely well provisioned with tableware. We walked to Albuquerque's farmers' market and to a handy grocery store and tea store. Laura and Jon responded quickly and in a friendly manner. We stayed for weeks and took advantage of the laundry room and set up games in the back yard. Thank you Laura for your congenial support!!!! I would definitely stay here again.

This house was very clean, spacious and had a very well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the laundry facilities were good. There was nothing we needed to add besides our own food!! We would definitely stay there again and will refer it to others.

Everything was amazing! I was in constant contact with the hosts every step of the way. Our flight was delayed, so we had a late check in, but Laura was ready with the code and the spare key. The house was close to everywhere we wanted and needed to be. It was clean and supplied with all the essentials and we wanted for nothing. The local grocery store is just a few minutes drive, or if you’re up to it you can walk! We had such a good time as a family playing games and watching movies during our down time. If we ever have the opportunity to visit the Land of Enchantment again, we know where we will be staying!

Great house in a great city

This house was perfect for a twelve day stay for myself, my husband and our college-age son. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. It was well-located with an easy walk to cafes, parks, and restaurants.We really enjoyed meeting and talking to our hosts. It really felt like a "home away from home" during our stay. Looking forward to staying again on a future trip.

Marathon stay

We were in town so I could run the Duke CityMarathon. The location was perfect. It was so comfortable and walking distance to the start/finish line. I would definitely recommend this house to someone visiting the Albuquerque area. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and close to downtown.

Great location!

Loved the kitchen! Owners thought of everything especially when cooking meals at home. We loved the stove too. The kitchen was well equipped and modern. Overall, this older home was beautiful and location was perfect. Close to everything. Owners were friendly and made sure we were okay.

Nicely decorated bungalow in a great location.

The house is a cutely decorated bungalow with wood floors and very clean. Kitchen was great and had everything you could need. The location is perfect and everything is within 15 minute drive. Neighborhood is very nice. Walked to the Saturday farmers market. The owner was great, responded quickly to questions and had left some welcoming treats that were appreciated. Highly recommended!!

Great Albuquerque residential neighborhood

We enjoyed a two-month stay in early spring. Hosts very friendly, responsive, helpful. Lovely, comfortable master bedroom suite upstairs. Furnishings are strikingly modernist. Lots of sunlight. Close to neighborhood grocery, park, museums, zoo, Old Town, and many fine restaurants. Downtown nearby: library, convention center, churches, more dining. A fine ABQ home away from home!

Historic Gem

The Beautiful Property with Fabulous Amenities.

Staying here was truly a comfortable and relaxing vacation. This property is beautifully designed and outfitted with high quality dishes, cookware, linens, furniture, etc. We have recommended this property to several friends.

Lovely home

Lovely accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to the convention center and grocery store. Laura’s home fit our needs perfectly. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Albuquerque.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood

My girlfriends & I stayed here for our trip. It was a fantastic stay. The home is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The location too is very convenient. Laura was great and made us feel taken care of in every way. We all loved our stay and recommend this gorgeous home for your visit to Albuquerque!!

a lovely and unique property

We loved our stay and visit to the property. A wonderful neighborhood, the owners live right behind in another house and available it need be (they were never needed). The house is unique and very interesting and quite comfortable. We would certainly book again for our next visit.

Lovely house in charming downtown neighborhood.

A very spacious house for a family with the most comfortable beds ever. Clean with everything you need at hand to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Owner lives nearby, but we had no problem at any time. It was easy to get to the downtown attractions as well as the freeway. A great value for the price.

Great modern place with plenty of room!

We had such a great time staying in this house! There is a lot of room downstairs with plenty of seating areas. They have a great media room if you want to sit down and watch a movie or a game. Plenty of room for dinner in the spacious dining room. I also love the modern decorations inside. If you need a breath of fresh air, make sure to check out the huge backyard! I will be staying here again when I return. Laura the owner of the property was great! This place is very close to downtown and has a grocery store that is walking distance.

Danny was such a great guest. He was communicative, positive and a pleasure to host. We hope he will stay with us again. We always want our guests to love the house and property as we did when we lived there for 42 years. When he returns he will find a new stereo system with bluetooth capability which I know will be enjoyed by him and all our future guests. We try to keep improving this property so that it will have all the amenities that I always look for when I stay at VRBO properties. Thanks again to Danny for being such a responsive, sincere and positive guest.
