The house was in a perfect location! It was clean and exactly as advertised. Great location to the beach in a great neighborhood! We’ll be back!

This property was perfect for our family getaway! I stayed with my husband and our three young kids, and it was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and made traveling with a family so easy. The home was spotless, well-organized, and just a short walk to the beach, which made getting back and forth with little ones a breeze.Anne-Marie was an excellent host and a great communicator throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing beach vacation. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Lovely little house. More than enough room for 3 adults. The chairs and cart available to use for the beach were very useful, even if the beach was only a short 5 minute walk away. Host responded quickly and was very nice, even went above and beyond by having a birthday pin, noice makers and themed paper wear in the kitchen for our arrival because she knew we were there to celebrate my mother's 70th!

Relaxing Beach Area

This cute cottage near the beach is just perfect for enjoying the surrounding area that has great restaurants and shopping as well as the beach. Very laid back and charming. Definitely on the list of places to return to.

Two tired teachers started summer break in this oasis. The town and beach are spectacular and the cottage was perfect. We will try to go back!

Cute little cottage by the beach

The cottage was a perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls. The beach is in walking distance and the host has just about everything you could possibly need onsite. We loved that we were able to grill our own food and relax in the patio area, complete with a propane gas firepit. It was absolutely perfect!!

Great location!

We came down for a wedding weekend at a resort down the road. We were so pleased with the location of this home - not only to the beach, but also to everything in Westbrook. The neighborhood felt like it’s own little community and the accessibility to the beach was unbeatable. The home itself was tastefully decorated with strong coastal vibes throughout. The heat pump (for AC) was an added bonus for sure. The home had everything we needed for our weekend away. Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing beach getaway

The cottage was immaculate and beautifully appointed. There were so many lovely amenities, from the two kayaks to the fire pit to the great outdoor shower. Also, Annemarie couldn’t have been more gracious when we accidentally broke the coffee maker on day one. It’s a small space that feels big and comfortable. The proximity to the private beach was great as was the proximity to safe roads for runners and walkers. Overall, spectacular place.

Love this house!

This is my second stay at this house. The first time I came with my husband and two kids. This time it was a girls weekend with my mom, my 13 year old daughter, and my sister-in-law. It's a great house! Super clean and cozy. Two minute walk to the beach. Nice neighbors. Highly recommend!

Charming cottage

This is a lovely little cottage just a very short walk to a lovely private feeling beach. It was very clean and cute. Kitchen is well supplied. A/C is provided by 2 window, one wall and one free standing unit and did a fine job of cooling the entire cottage during a very hot weekend, although I did find the floor unit in the largest bedroom to be a bit noisy. The bedrooms are VERY cozy but fine for a vacation visit. The owner has kayaks available for use that are down on the beach. All in all, a great visit.

Very nice stay overall, with a convenient location to the wedding venue we were attending. The host was responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. It’s a charming area for walking, and the beaches are easily accessible on foot.That said, there was some leftover hair in the shower, and the host did not provide bath, beach, or hand towels. She only mentioned this the day before our stay. Since we were driving, we were able to pack our own, but this could be a real challenge for guests flying in. I’d recommend that this detail be included in the listing so travelers can plan accordingly.

Westbrook cottage

Perfect place for some last minute but much needed rest and relaxation at the beach. Anne-Marie has everything you could need available for you to use at the cottage and was very accommodating, Hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Return Trip

We enjoyed our stay here so much a couple years ago we returned. No surprises, as advertised, clean, responsive and generous owner, EXCELLENT location. Perfect for kids. Friendly, quiet neighbors and a two minute walk to a lovely private beach or the busier town beach.
