Helped us to have a wonderful Christmas

Absolutely adorable, cozy cottage with great location!

This is our second time staying here! Last year we used it as a home base for all sorts of activities around CT with family. This year, due to age and some medical issues, the cottage served as a perfect home away from home to have all family come for day visits! Perfect either way. And Jamie is a wonderful, welcoming host!!!

Clean, cozy, comfortable

Needed a place to stay in order to attend a wake and funeral. The cottage was very comfortable as a place to sleep and relax in between family events. The upstairs loft could be challenging for young kids but my 20-somethings did just fine. The primary bedroom had a large closet which we used to hand up dressier clothes. There was good coffee and snacks at the house.

Excellent house in Clinton

The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach, ride your bicycle and go out to eat. Everything is very close by. The house was immaculate, the A/C, washer dryer and all appliances seemed brand new. The deck was great for morning yoga and evening drinks. I’ve never been to a vrbo which was as well stocked as this. Plenty of beach towels, snacks and a very comfortable place to work out of. The host is tops. We will return next summer for sure.

Beautiful! But only two bedrooms.

The “third bedroom” is actually a loft with two twin beds, but it is open to the living room area with no door to separate. We made it work and had a lovely stay anyway, but families should know that about the layout in advance. Very clean, great location, comfortable. Perfect for families!

Great Clinton Cottage

This is our 2nd stay at Jaime’s quaint cottage. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and much enjoyed treats on arrival! We’ve already come back once and would not hesitate to do so in the future.

Compact and Complete

This cozy property may seem small but it is organized with care to provide all that you might need. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is full of welcome touches including a generous snack basket, coffee, sugar, and half and half. The deck is a great place to sit and listen to the birds and enjoy being outdoors. The location is convenient to all the destinations along that part of the shore, and there are many nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Jaime was extremely responsive and went the extra mile to make our stay easy and fun. All in all this was a great place to stay.

A decent little cottage

Hi, I thought the cottage was very nice. We had everything we needed. A big turn off was the smell that seemed to mostly come from the laundry area. It was a cross between mold and a dirty diaper. Perhaps it was the septic tank? The smell lingered through the whole stay. I hope it's an easy fix. But thank you for everything else. Crista Pell

Future Daughter-In-Law Wedding Shower

What an absolute Gem of a VRBO rental! My son & his future wife own a home in Madison so the Clinton area was perfect for our stay. Jamie was a wonderful host providing snacks, soda and coffee during our stay. The unit was spotless, and our one question was responded to quickly. We’ll definitely be back - actually in June for the wedding. Thank you Jamie for the hospitality!

Enjoyed the small things

Nice property secluded off the main road. Host had snacks and beverages, as well as a great selection of bathroom products. House is equiped with all the right cookware and condiments too!

Fun visit with the grandkids!

Close to so many attractions

Overall reach day excellent post not within walking distance to any beaches but everything was super close 5 to 10 minutes driving. Inside look brand new & spotless!

Secluded sweet spot near everything

We all loved the well kept little house, particularly the fabulous deck which we used every morning for breakfast. The loft ladder is a little tricky & I wouldn't recommend it for older folks & leave your luggage on the ground floor. All beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed & more. Shower water pressure was great & plenty of nice towels. A/C & fans were helpful particularly in loft. Host was great, responsive & left us treats.

Lovely cottage close to everything

We were in CT visiting our children and grandchildren! This cottage was a perfect place to use as our home base. It was large enough for them to come visit us and enjoy playing games, good conversation, and much laughter. It also allowed us access to many activities available throughout the shoreline. Jaime was wonderful to communicate with.

Great, Cozy Spot

I stayed here with two of my girlfriends during our college reunion. The house was adorable and easy to get to and from, well appointed with all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Jamie was also super responsive in the days before, which was incredibly helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!
