Wake up to a sunrise, enjoy the shade in the afternoon and listen to the ocean at night. 15 minute walk to the beach.

Very quiet location in OSV on less traveled street, Sandpebble Drive.

2200 sq ft of living space. One car garage. Addition makes home one of a kind in OSV. Bath for each of four bedrooms. Two 9-foot sliding glass doors in sunroom overlooking full length of the lake.

One bedroom on lakefront with sliding glass door. Sleeps 9. Split bedrooms with two on opposite ends and sides of the home. Two king size beds, one queen, one full and a single bed.

Insulated drapes for sound and heat control in sunroom and dining area. Numerous accent lighting features throughout. Very inviting with framed scenes to make for a home-like atmosphere.

Golf cart with children seat belts on the rear seat. Adult drivers only. For use in Oceanside Village only - not insured for outside of OSV.

Wireless high speed internet service, Spectrum TV, Surround sound in living room. Two master bedrooms have TV's.

Open kitchen with island eating area and 3 dining areas with seating for 16. Appliances include glass cooktop, slide out hood, microwave/oven combo, side by side refrigerator. Breakfast bar with Keurig, Toaster, Blender, conventional coffee pot. Plenty of pots and pans along with baking dishes too. Griddle, Popcorn Popper too.

Spring water in 5-gallon jug dispenser to drink in lieu of faucet water.

Open floor plan. Living Room/Sunroom is 24x14. Dining/kitchen area is 24x20 approximately. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side of the houses. 2 King beds, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin. Sleeps 9. Also a crib and a bassinet.

Office desk with local phone number. Games, two bookshelves for your reading pleasure, small children's games area.

Lawn furniture for stepped patio with multiple chairs seatings and two tables with seating for 10. Outside shower with hot and cold water to wash off sand from the beach. Gas grill too.

Garage has utility sink, 8 ft table, washer and dryer along with shelving for storage. Random beach chairs and toys.

No Pets, No Smoking. Family Members Allergic to Both.

I just want to let everyone know that this is an awesome house for a vacation. This house is so homey feeling and very clean. The owner is so sweet and friendly. My grandkids lived the house and really loved it being right in the lake. I was so impressed with all the cooking utensils and pots and pans. This house has everything you could ever ask for. Also, I would like to complement the owner for how beautiful it is decorated! I rate this house the best I have ever stayed in and I have been renting vacation homes at the beach for 36 years.

What a beautiful lake view!! More than enough space for our family. Very clean and had everything you could think of to make it feel like you’re home away from home. Was exactly what we expected and more! The children enjoyed fishing off the back porch more than enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy relaxing in the evening. Especially loved having four bathrooms to make shower time easier with a large larger group. The golf cart was great for rides over to the beach or to the pool or just around Oceanside village in the evenings.

Family Vacation

The house has plenty of space, games to play with family, toys for younger children and very clean. We enjoyed the golf cart, too! Great family vacation!

A great place to stay with kids

Large, well laid out property. Had lots of room for grandsons and us to do things together and individually. Had toys for little ones and some games for older kids and adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was exactly what we needed. We appreciated the family roomy area to gather for meals and games. There were plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, measuring cups, coffee cups, glassware and crock pots to help us when we made home cooked meals. Having the option of a highchair and crib definitely helped with our grandson. The big openness was great for our grandson to play with his toys, too. We had a golf cart that was included with our rental and that saves you quite a bit. The host was always available through phone or text if we had any questions. This rental is definitely on our list of favorites!

Wonderful experience!

My friends and I have been vacationing together in the Myrtle Beach area for nearly 30 years. This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The layout of the house was very well designed with each bedroom having access to their own bath. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The owner was friendly and easily accessible and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a family-friendly space.

Nice Family Vacation

The property was older but well maintained. The layout was perfect for our family. My son, daughter-in-law, and grands (4 yrs & 9 mos) stayed in the two adjoining rooms and my parents stayed in the room with the king bed. My husband and I would have been more comfortable if the front bedroom had a queen instead of a double but we made due. Note that the listing says 5 bedrooms but there are only 4 true bedrooms (we didn't need them, but I'm guessing the pull outs were in the living area). Major plus was all the games, books and children's toys! Impressive!! Also the outdoor patio was very nice, especially in the evenings.

OSV—excellent option!

We stay in OSV yearly, sometimes twice per year! Initially I didn’t save locations, names, etc. so we’ve stayed in multiple properties! This one is a keeper! Clean, comfy beds, beautifully decorated. Best stocked unit we’ve stayed in. Excellent communication. We had a blip with the AC. Called the owner around 3pm. AC service was there within 2 hours and had the house cooled before we returned from dinner! Plenty of room to spread out, great view, quiet street. All the games, plenty of seating. Loved it and look forward to going back asap! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Johnnie and family were great guests. We had a couple unexpected issues arise and they were very understanding while we took care of the issues. They will surely be welcomed back again.

My only complaint is having to pay for a card to get in and out of the gates of the community. I feel that should be included in the rental.

Everything from the house to the view was was perfect. We enjoyed having easy access to the beach and pools, with have a golf cart. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was a blessing. Thank you for opening up your home so we could enjoy our Vacation.

Terrific family vacation home

What a spacious, well designed house this is for a family. It is equipped with all kitchen supplies, kids books and some toys and lots of towels. The 2 bedrooms are in opposing sides of the house so it was easy to sleep in, even with young children up and about. Carpet was a real plus since many homes only have wood floors We all loved watching turtles, ducks and geese while fishing on the lake.

Great Family Retreat

We had 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 children. We had plenty of space to spread out. The owners are very attentive and local. Our favorite activities (other than beach and pool) feeding the ducks, turtles, swans and geese, and riding the golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation 2021

This home was perfect for our group. Being right on the lake is a real bonus. Oceanside village is in a perfect location. Having the golf cart was nice - being able to drive it to Food Lion or Circle K or the private beach was a huge benefit. The house was well stocked and had lots of seating for watching television, playing games or eating. One bedroom was a little weird in that to enter the main space you had to go through another bedroom or through the garage. Although the person we had staying in there didn’t mind at all. Will definitely consider this property again.

This was the perfect place for a large group: plenty of space, dishes, chairs, tables, beautifully decorated, 4 bedrooms 4 baths- just a fine place. Situated be the little lake where the children fed swans and turtles each day. Thanks to the kind owners! The Sells

Great place!!

Very spacious place with a bathroom to every room. Decor and furniture was well kept and pretty up to date. Furniture was comfortable with plenty of places to sit. Recommendation to renters would be to keep the blinds down in the midday hours to keep the living room cool. Loved this place!

Second year we’ve stayed in this home. We love it!!

This beautiful home is spacious and very well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bath, which gives us space and some privacy. The kitchen has everything that I have at home, and then some. We enjoyed the lakefront patio and having access to the golf cart. It is so comfortable we feel like it’s our home away from home. We plan on vacationing there again next year. Carol, the owner, is a joy to work with. She is very pleasant, thorough and accommodating. Very quick to answer any question or concerns. We give this place 👍

456 Sandpebble Sunroom overlooks the length of the lake. Our family and guests enjoy the benefits of the lakeside patio which has two levels. The beauty of the view and the calming effect of the water makes this patio a choice in addition to a 15 minute walk to the sandy beach for many. Our family and friends celebrate with people sitting at the tables inside the house when we gather. The unique openness between the kitchen, dining and 24x14-foot sunroom makes gatherings so comfortable for all.

456 Sandpebble Drive is one of the quietest streets in Oceanside Village with little through traffic on the street. Closer to the front gate and far enough away from the busy streets going to the beach. Going in and out of OSV works very well too...short distance...little traffic.

Our home is personalized for family and visitors' enjoyment. Plenty of space on the deck and paver patio...over 16x40-foot space to enjoy the lakeside sunrise and evening sounds of the ocean. The morning sunrise is one of our favorite times of the day. In the afternoon the patio is shady when the sun heads to the west.
