Vacation in our pier home located in a family-friendly gated community of Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, SC. It's like a home away from home but only a less than 5 minute golf cart ride to the ocean! The house sleeps up to 10 people with 3 BRs, 3 full baths, 2 fully-equipped kitchens and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. We provide 1 golf cart, free wireless internet service, cable TV's, DVD player and gas grill. There is a 50" flat screen tv in main living room, 42" flat screen tv in first floor living room and all bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's. Linens are available (sheets and towels). Both kitchens are stocked with dishes, pans and gadgets. Within the village you will find pools (indoor/outdoor), playground, basketball and tennis courts. The house is located only minutes from shopping, restaurants, golfing and the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand.

We had a wonderful time! The house was laid out well and had everything we needed. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone that wants a nice family house to stay in. The owners Chris and Chuck respond quickly and are very nice people!

My Family and I had a wonderful time! The Beach house was great, just like the pictures! Plenty of room for everyone! Everything was clean and it was a great location! Loved the Golf Cart. Definitely would rent again!

It was a beautiful home with truly everything anyone needs! Beach items included along with a more than adequate supply of kitchen and bath towels/linens. Very comfortable and well decorated! Great lovation

This is a great house that has plenty of space and all the essentials you will need to enjoy your stay. There is ample area to hang out, the main living area and kitchen are big and open, we loved the outdoor deck to enjoy the evenings. Having the extra bedroom with kitchen down stairs was a nice bonus with another full size fridge for storage. Chris was super responsive to any questions/issues that came up. We would gladly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and large enough for our family. The golf cart was a huge plus because the distance to the beach was not something that we would have walked. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend this our friends.-Alex

Second stay here was nice as the first!Comfortable beds, nice accommodations, and a golfcart too…The weather was perfect this week before the 4th and we knew to leave before the parade began..lol!Owners are very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return next year hopefully

Great Beach Week

We love Oceanside Village and have been vacationing here for many years. The rental house was as described. Very clean with all of the supplies required for the week. Owner was very responsive. Having access to a Golf Cart is a huge plus!! We will definitely rent this house again!!

Enjoyable stay!

This was our family’s 3rd stay here. We continue to enjoy it every time we visit. There is plenty of space so that none of us feel crowded. Love the 2 separate units, and that they are connected with an indoor stairway. Golf cart is great! Thanks Chuck & Chris! We will be back! Barbara Brown

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Perfect experience there with the 8 of us. Had a wonderful time. Plenty of room in the living areas for us all to hang out. Porch is amazing too. Chris was great and very responsive :)

We spent an excellent week

super comfortable place, safe for children ... great being able to have the golf car available to go to the beach .. the pools, perfect for all ages ... thank you all, waiting for the next family vacation.
