Kirsten was very easy to communicate, and her property was ideal for a 12 adult, three generation family vacation. The home had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, and the location could not be better to suit those who just want beach time, as well as those who want activities and restaurants. Very grateful for the time our family enjoyed together here!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! It was very clean, spacious, and had a great layout for our family. The multiple balconies provided plenty of outdoor living space to relax and enjoy meals. The beach access was easy and convenient, making it simple to go back and forth throughout the day. Having parking for four vehicles was a huge bonus, especially for larger groups. We also really appreciated the outdoor shower and hose, which made rinsing off sand after the beach quick and easy.Overall, this was an excellent rental, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Family Fun in Fenwick

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of nine adults. The location was excellent with close proximity to the beach, mini golf, and ice cream! The rooftop deck was a perfect place to relax with evening cocktails. Kirsten was so responsive to my correspondence. From beginning to end, a fabulous vacation!

This beautiful home was exactly as described & actually, better! The living space was comfortable & roomy for the 5 adults & 2 young ones in my group. The kitchen had everything you would ever need for any type of cooking with a gas grill conveniently located off the kitchen. The balconies in both the front & back of the house provided lots of relaxation & entertainment for both the adults & little ones. Access to the beach was great since it was a short walk with our wagon of beach supplies & cabana to set up. Kirsten was so easy to communicate with! She responded to any question I had quickly. We had the most perfect beach weather & ocean water temperature, spending the entire day at the beach during our stay. We were so fortunate to have found this house & to work with such an easy- going, helpful host!

Perfect place to spend the week at the beach!

Beautiful home with all that we needed to make the week at the beach easy and enjoyable. The living space was comfortable and spacious, the beds were comfy, great showers, and the kitchen had all we needed. Being there with 3 little ones, being able to run back between the house and the beach was essential. Having a key code instead of a key was a bonus given we were a group of 9. Also, the multiple balconies/porches were awesome for a cup of coffee or to read a book. We loved walking to everything - the farmer's market right over the line in Ocean City, mini golf, Dunkin' Donuts, restaurants and of course ice cream. The owners were fabulous to work with - very responsive when we had a few questions before going and then while there. We definitely will head back to this house next time we plan a beach trip to Fenwick Island.

The house was a perfect fit for my family of 11. A great size kitchen and common area. Well appointed. The location was stellar. Grandkids were overjoyed with 3 mini golf courses right across the street. Walkable shops and restaurants nearby. Beach chairs available in the garage. The property owner was most helpful and engaging including prompt responses to all our questions and concerns. With younger children - this property allowed for access to many fun activities and food we could walk to - in addition to easy access to the beach. Thanks for all.
