Heart of St. Elmo-Family Friendly- 2 Blocks to Incline
Set in a casual modern style with a long, open floor plan, this house is set right in the heart of historic St. Elmo. Situated near new and older homes, restaurants, shopping, and Chattem Industries. A block's walk away from the Incline Railway, and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. Perfect for anyone looking to explore our gorgeous city.
We're always on call to answer questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our daughter-in-law, Erin, also helps us co-host, so you'll likely be in contact with her throughout your planning and stay.
The oldest and most historic district in Chattanooga, St. Elmo has a lot to offer. There are several activities and highlights to explore both on Lookout Mountain and in downtown Chattanooga. Explore Point Park, the Chattanooga Choo Choo, River Walk, the Chattanooga Lookouts (for baseball fans), and so much more.
There is also a Food City grocery store within walking distance from the house. The Virginia Avenue Greenway pedestrian and bike lane is nearby, and connects St. Elmo to downtown.
There is also a Carta bus (#15) that runs from St. Elmo Ave to Broad Street in downtown Chattanooga. It runs Monday through Saturday. All Pricing Includes applicable TN Sales and Gross Receipts Taxes.

Weather conditions also vary. Expect muddy paths after rain, occasional dust, or high humidity. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay so please keep these things in mind.

Get away
This house was so nice. We enjoyed our stay. It is close to everything. We would stay there again.

Great Stay!
This property was super clean and very cute on the inside! It was a great location- just a quick uber ride to downtown. It was spacious enough to accommodate 6 of us comfortably with room to spare! Check in and check out was easy.. would reccomend this property.

Great Place!!!
We were very pleased with this property! It was clean and had a good layout for our family. It is in a great location that is quiet and peaceful, but provides easy access to basically anywhere in the Chattanooga area. We visit the area a few times a year and will definitely consider staying here again!!!

3 day Getaway
Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient for St. Elmo neighborhood and easy to get anywhere in Chattanooga.

Charming and Comfortable!
This recently built St. Elmo property is comfortable and convenient to Chattanooga, but located within walking distance to interesting attractions and eateries.

Fantastic location, walking distance to 1885 Grill and many more restaurants, etc. Easy access to Lookout Mnt, Ruby Falls, and Downtown.
