Unit 42- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This fully remodeled beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests’ use. The Living Room has a sofa and a recliner chair and a 48" flat screen TV with HD service. The master bedroom also has a 42” TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo has tile throughout with two area rugs. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Property was exactly as advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything pretty much was perfect, especially the view from the balcony! The only complaint I have is that every time the ac came on, it sounded like a door slamming and ran so loud that we had to close the bedroom door to lessen it. Also, the property did show signs of water damage around the front windows.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the cleanliness and comfort of this rental it’s just missing some personal touches and conveniences that would really make this rental a lot more comfortable. You are on a beach and not in a hotel and don’t have a store close by so things like ice packs for your cooler and beach cups.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this ideally located condo. The place is recently updated and very clean with awesome views of the beach and gulf.

Perfect Tower Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking process was a breeze. Photos are accurate. The condo was on the 4th floor with (what looks like) one of the few open balconies - which we loved. Such a wonderful space. Bed was comfortable, condo was clean (there were a couple of minor spots in the bathroom that were missed - but I'm a clean freak and notice everything). Appliances all worked great. Showers were hot at all hours of the day (seems wild but other places we have stayed were barely luke warm). The property is well loved and maintained (super impressive after all the hurricane damage). They groom the beach every morning and have someone out there to move chairs for you if needed. Pleasant stay. The beach is stunning and the area has everything you could want! Easy check in after hours and smooth check out. Only complaint - the jacuzzi/spa is across the road at the other section of the Palm Bay Club - so we never visited - but it was worth the views we had to stay in a Tower condo. I would recommend this space over and over. Would love to stay again.

On the beach!

Beautiful building 50 feet from the beach. Great pool. Perfect balcony/porch overlooking the Gulf and beach. This unit is perfect and only needs one thing, a new mattress for the bed.

Excellent with beautiful views!

Property is as described, Beautiful! We checked in after hours and the security guard was very helpful in getting our “check in” package that was left for us. The location is perfect and the views are beautiful! We will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we had to leave three days early because of the hurricane. The water was being turned off and the management told us there would be flooding and power outages.

Wonderful property

This condo is spot on with the description and images listed. The view of the gulf was breathtaking, and something extremely hard to say goodbye too. Very much updated and anything you could need to feel at home during your stay, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed/pillows, balcony table and chairs. It has it all, we hope to make it back again!

Beautiful!!

Incredible vacation, we will be back! Waking up to the beach each morning was unforgettable. All basics are provided, there are even some water games in the closet. Great kitchen, everything is new and in excellent shape. Trolley to get to village and great restaurants. I do not recommend renting a car unless you plan to leave Siesta Key Only issue is there is a miscommunication between the owner and condo management. For example, we were told that check in is 4 PM (palmbay club); however owner stated 3 PM. This was similar for check out (11 v 10 am). This seems trivial but it does impact plans, especially when traveling so far. Also - do not use coastal concierge. I was told by Palm Bay club that it’s not relevant if staying in a condo via VRBO. Just good to know!
