The master bedroom has 2 king beds with a 42" flat screen tv. The master bath has a vanity sink separate from the shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 36" flat screen tv.
The adjacent bath has a tub shower combination. There is a washer and dryer located right next door. The Siesta Key Breeze is the public trolley on Siesta Key which is a free service, it travels into Siesta Village through to Turtle Beach. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
