Beautiful Property, but Disappointing Experience for the Price. The property itself is very nice, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The location is great, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and the two pools are a wonderful feature. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to the price we paid. We stayed in one of the ground level units, which was clean but had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, as though someone had smoked inside. The unit was also extremely poorly stocked. There wasn’t even salt and pepper, no paper towels, no shampoo or conditioner, and the only toiletry provided was a tiny bar of soap. For a property in this price range, I would expect at least basic essentials.The check-in process was another disappointment. We were arriving very late and had specifically communicated with the host about receiving late check-in instructions. The host responded and assured us that the instructions would be emailed between 4 and 5 PM on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, we never received them. When we finally arrived late at night, we spent several frustrating minutes wandering around trying to figure out how to access our unit. Thankfully, security showed up and helped us obtain the necessary information.While the property has a lot going for it, particularly its cleanliness, proximity to the beach, and beautiful pools, the lack of basic amenities, poor communication, and unpleasant smell in our unit significantly affected our stay.

Amazing Getaway!

We had an amazing time at the Palm Bay Club. Such a beautiful place with tons of amenities and a close walk to the beach. I loved that we had our own private beach area as well.

I would rate all of the services as very good, especially the cleanliness and the apartment’s décor, both of which were impeccable. However, there are a few important details that I would like to highlight.First, the kitchen was not adequately equipped for cooking. While there were several pots and pans available, there was no electric cooking appliance or other basic cooking equipment that would have made meal preparation more convenient.Second, the mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable for all members of our family, which negatively affected the quality of our rest throughout our stay.Most importantly, due to the building’s construction, we were only able to sleep until approximately 7:00 a.m. each day during our vacation. The noise coming from the unit above was constant and exceptionally loud, to the point that it often sounded as though elephants were walking across the floor. It appeared that the ceiling lacks adequate soundproofing or noise insulation.During our stay, two different families occupied the unit above us, and the experience remained exactly the same. Therefore, I do not believe the issue was related to the occupants themselves, but rather to the building’s lack of effective sound insulation between floors. Overall, we enjoyed the property, but the excessive noise from the unit above greatly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, this would prevent us from returning or recommending the apartment. Thank you

When we use the taxis, other tourists who happen to be in the bus with us will make comments on the beauty of it.

The dishwasher is obsolete and needs to be replaced since doesnt wash well.The cleaning of the unit was overall ok, but if you check behind the couch or the windows will find dead insects. The kitchen dishes/cuttlery and kitchen related utensils need to be updated.

However, this past summer our stay was not as amazing as in past years. The unit w ewere in was a bit run down. There was a musty smell upon arrival. The complex in general did not look as well kept as in the past. I am happy that strict measures have been taken to keep people that are renting there out, but there were some loud people above us.

Better than Expected

This property was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently close to the beach that rivals beaches in Hawaii and Mexico. First time Siesta Keys visitor but love the area and will definitely keep it high on our list of vacation places.

My recent visit I stayed in unit 139 which is the second time I have stayed in that unit it is very nice the location is great and it is well equipped. It’s just very comfortable and very convenient. My one criticism would be the mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. Everything else about it I love wish I owned it

Problem with sugar ants

Very nice apt, but sugar ants in kitchen and guest bath. Management just added more ants traps. They need to exterminate whole property.

Great vacation spot

I loved this condo! The pictures were spot on. The only small issue we had was with ants inside the condo on the floor, by the couch. Once we got them all, we were able to relax and enjoy the place. The weather wasn’t quite so great. We were able to get some sun on Saturday. We actually plan on coming back next year.
