Unit 139 - ALL NEW EVERYTHING! Our loss is your gain, in that this unit is completely rebuilt from the subfloor up after Hurricane Helene paid a visit - open June 2025. New photos coming soon. Every surface, every fabric, all furnishings have been replaced with new porcelain tile throughout. But, you know what hasn’t? The beach baby! Our ground floor unit is just steps from our fabulous beach and all of the amenities our resort has to offer. We are the closest Club unit to the beach. This condo has a chic, beachy vibe, with an open flow to spread out in as it is the largest of the Club Section units. Not to mention, enjoy your personal washer & dryer. A 2-bedroom, 2 bath. /The Master Bedroom: is a show stopper with a roomy king size bedroom suit and walk-in closet, an all new en-suite bathroom, with a generous curb less, walk-in tiled shower./The Guest Bedroom: has a spot for everyone else. One freestanding queen size bed, and a bunk bed with full-size bed over full-size bed and even a twin trundle bed underneath. The guest bathroom has been updated with a tub/shower combination and it is just off the guest bedroom hallway. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very confortable but it had some floss that could be avoided. The dishwasher is obsolete and needs to be replaced since doesnt wash well.The cleaning of the unit was overall ok, but if you check behind the couch or the windows will find dead insects. The kitchen dishes/cuttlery and kitchen related utensils need to be updated.

Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay has been a summer must have for our family for many years. However, this past summer our stay was not as amazing as in past years. The unit w ewere in was a bit run down. There was a musty smell upon arrival. The complex in general did not look as well kept as in the past. I am happy that strict measures have been taken to keep people that are renting there out, but there were some loud people above us.

Better than Expected

This property was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently close to the beach that rivals beaches in Hawaii and Mexico. First time Siesta Keys visitor but love the area and will definitely keep it high on our list of vacation places.

Amazing Getaway!

We had an amazing time at the Palm Bay Club. Such a beautiful place with tons of amenities and a close walk to the beach. I loved that we had our own private beach area as well.

My recent visit I stayed in unit 139 which is the second time I have stayed in that unit it is very nice the location is great and it is well equipped. It’s just very comfortable and very convenient. My one criticism would be the mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. Everything else about it I love wish I owned it

Problem with sugar ants

Very nice apt, but sugar ants in kitchen and guest bath. Management just added more ants traps. They need to exterminate whole property.

Great vacation spot

I loved this condo! The pictures were spot on. The only small issue we had was with ants inside the condo on the floor, by the couch. Once we got them all, we were able to relax and enjoy the place. The weather wasn’t quite so great. We were able to get some sun on Saturday. We actually plan on coming back next year.

Condo rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just ok, we stayed at the same location in 2018 just a different unit. I was impressed with the security and the office staff was very nice. I think the unit we had was just ok. It was kind of run down. I was Not impressed with the cleaning crew, there was dust on the vents and don't think the floor had been mopped weeks. So I cleaned the first day.

Annual Beach Staycation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year coming to The Palm Bay Club. We really love this property and enjoy the amenities it has. It is very well maintained and we love the beach access. Overall, we were extremely happy with the property and staff. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The issues we did have were promptly and seamlessly addressed. We chose this unit for the close proximity to the beach. I was not very impressed with the overall aesthetics of the unit. The kitchen did not have many amenities (pots/pans/cooking utensils). The items it did have were outdated and seemed like they were just left behind by previous guests. The refrigerator was cumbersome and did not have a lot of room. There was not much cabinet space for grocery storage either. The bathrooms need an upgrade as well. Some of the furniture was very worn and had cracks and chips. The staff did their best to address the issues but these issues need to be addressed by the owner. We would definitely stay at The Palm Bay Club again just not in this unit. Also, security has been enhanced since our last stay and we really appreciated how they are trying to keep non-guests off the property. I especially appreciated the young man at the beach assisting with canopies, carrying coolers and grabbing lounges for us. Great added convenience!! Overall, we had a great stay and we hope the issues listed above are addressed by the owner for the benefit of future guests.

Another wonderful experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 9th year visiting Palm Bay and our 5th year using this unit. It’s always clean, has everything we need in the kitchen and even the extras for the beach. The first floor makes loading and unloading easy and Palm Bay has the most beautiful resort on the island! When we use the taxis, other tourists who happen to be in the bus with us will make comments on the beauty of it.

Coronacation 2020

We arrived during Spring Break just as the corona virus was taking hold of the US. It was the perfect time for a get away as all the world was shutting down and people were being told to stay home! The property was clean and well furnished and had all the amenities of home - which was appreciated as all restaurants closed during our stay because of the pandemic. So I was able to cook for my family during our stay. There are 6 members of our family and we were very comfortable in the unit. We often have to get two hotel rooms when we travel but this unit allowed us to stay together at half the price of a hotel. The proximity to the beach was perfect and it was just a short walk - my kids could easily walk to and from for bathroom and snack breaks. We also felt very lucky that the property is on a private beach and we were able to enjoy it even after the public beaches closed because of the pandemic. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay by 5 days! Will definitely consider renting again for another family vacation!

Nice Spacious Condo

This is a very nice condo well situated on the bottom floor with close walking distance to the beach. The kitchen and dining living area had plenty of serving room and space for our family of 6. Overall the condo was perfect for our vacation.

Two of the locks on patio doors not working so unit is not secure. bunk bed wobbly and mattress is uncomfortable. Toilet seat broken in second bathroom o/w very nicely furnished and clean

Great home away from home!

This condo and the complex had everything we needed for our various needs and hobbies. We lounged on the beach, enjoyed the sunsets, fished off the pier, and soaked in the hot tub. The sand on the beach is remarkably nice and soft to walk on. The spacious condo was in a great location to run back quickly to grab a snack. It really suited our needs and would consider going back.
