To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, it sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a single sofa-bed and a 48" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a newly remodeled walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The tiled Living room has a full-size sofa-sleeper, a 65" flat screen TV with Direct TV service and Wi-Fi internet. It is beautifully furnished with the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
