With 2 queen sized beds in the master bedroom and a king sized bed in the guest bedroom, this unit can accommodate total of 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a 40" TV for viewing your favorite channels. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom with a tub. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. This condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and is supplied with all the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans,dishes,utensils). This condo is one of the few that is equipped with a washer & dryer inside the unit for guest use. The patio area has been incorporated with the living room and you can slide open the patio doors to feel the warm tropical breeze if you wish! The Palm Bay Club is a perfect place for a private get-away, family reunions, honeymoons and family vacations. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
