This sunny, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, top floor condominium is located on the Gulf Side of The Palm Bay Club. For your convenience, there is a spacious elevator to get you to the third floor. Enjoy breath taking sunsets with white sandy beaches only seconds away. With 2 queen sized beds in the master bedroom and a king sized bed in the guest bedroom, this unit can accommodate total of 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a 40" TV for viewing your favorite channels. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom with a tub. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. This condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and is supplied with all the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans,dishes,utensils). This condo is one of the few that is equipped with a washer & dryer inside the unit for guest use. The patio area has been incorporated with the living room and you can slide open the patio doors to feel the warm tropical breeze if you wish! The Palm Bay Club is a perfect place for a private get-away, family reunions, honeymoons and family vacations. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

The condo was spacious and clean. It was everything we expected and more. Very nice resort in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend it.

the location to the gulf was great. A positive is that beach towels and beach chairs were included. However I did not see this mentioned under amenities. The staff were very friendly and the resort was well maintained.

Furniture was old, staff at place was overly aggressive and 1 particular security guard was unprofessional.I would not recommend this condo community for families.

Never Stayed here

Ive never stayed here but i saw that your from TN. and just thought is was cool cause im from Murfreesboro.. but your place looks very nice lol just wished i could afford it.

Thanks Hunter for your comments. Our condo is beautiful and in a great location just a short walk to the beach. The Palm Bay Club is one of the best properties on Siesta Key. It is always immaculate, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, a work out room and play room with ping pong and a pool table. I walk the beach everyday...its an awesome comfort with the white, sugar powdery sand. I believe it is worth the price. The most economical time of the year is August and September and we still have room available if you can work it out. Thanks again, Joe and Judy Sumislawski

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space worked well for us to relax, cook or go to beach or pool. Partial gulf view a bit misleading unless binoculars are along as view is definitely more of the property next door. Aside from the shower handle that needed to be pushed in hard to quit dripping and some paint touch ups on corners needed, we found the space to be quite suitable and would return again.

Cozy place at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club was a great place for our family vacation. The staff was very friendly and the chair guys at the beach work hard! My son and his girlfriend really enjoyed the bayside pool which was an easy walk across the street. We were able to use the grill on the bay side (the gulf one was being renovated during our stay). The only concern I would have is that the couch in our unit has been very well loved. I just placed a blanket over it and it was just fine.

Lovely

Ended up having to stay in another unit due to a lighting issue. We were notified about it before our arrival and received a discount from Palm Bay. Score! Was disappointed our new unit did not have in unit laundry. But oh well. I loved staying here. It was lovely. A VRBO that actually supplied toilet paper and have a million rules. The 2 queens in the master was fantastic. The water pressure in the showers were Devine. Nice distance from the beach. Elevator for easier lugging luggage. Hope to return!

3 Stars for It's price.

Reviewer Comments: I rented a 2-bedroom for 6 people and they gave me only one parking space, when i have rented for many years in Palm Bay Club and always giving 2 parking, I think the receptionist is tired becuase I didn't like the way she talked to me and explained herself, They maded us park outside the condominium in another place and I spent the whole weekend busy with my car and i going out to see if my car is okay.I will never recommend again Palm Bay Club,The manager was listening to the conversation and she did not solve the problem.

Hello Janet, thank you for your feedback. At the very beginning of every reservation that is made, the guest is sent a contract with 26 signatures to sign. Each signature is next to a list/ rules and regulations, detailing what is expected of employees and guests who are staying here. Having multiple cars, one car is allotted per unit, especially during high capacity times such as summer, and having more people than the Fire safety codes allows, are all detailed. Your unit was reported with over the maximum occupants and over the allotted amount of cars attempting to park here. A signature tells our staff, that the person who read these rules and signed, understands them and is willing to follow them during the course of their stay. If rules are broken, then security and staff will try to correct the issue. Thanks for staying with us.

Reviewer Comments: Here's a good, recent, no-nonsense review, since I like those and others may as well.#161 is perfectly fine. 2nd year in a row we've stayed there. I mean, we're not in the room that much, since there's a great beach out the door, so we really don't do much in there.Beds are fine-they're not Tempurpedic mattresses or anything, but I managed to sleep fine as did my family. Air goes down to 68 (not lower), but we didn't have a problem with 68 not being able to be maintained in the 3rd week in Jun, so that worked well. There are also fans in both bedrooms that have variable speeds that work well.Kitchen is fine, for the limited amount we used it. Good fridge/freezer space and kept items cold. We cooked a bit of breakfast, and made sandwiches for lunch, and went out for dinner, so didn't cook much, but it worked fine for what we needed and was well-stocked.Plenty of seating space. TV's work fine in all rooms, and I was able to access my own YoutubeTV acct on the living room tv without an issue, which was nice.Washer/dryer works fine, and clothes get clean and dry. I will note that it is fairly old and fairly loud, even if it is in a sep laundry closet in the main bedroom, so if you're wanting to do laundry quietly at night, you might want to shift that expectation and do it when you're not there, or when you don't mind the noise. That might be a good possible upgrade in the future - but again, they worked just fine.The property is great. Friendly office, plenty of security, gated entrance, no problems checking in/out. FREE chaise lounges down at the water brought to you is a perk that can't be overlooked. No requirement to tip, but give the guys $5 or so and they'll remember you. Never had an issue getting 4 loungers as late as 11am, don't know about after that. Rented umbrellas from the Beach Rental service that is offered, highly recommend reserving in advance. We were set up on the front row by the beach each

Nice stay, but unit is outdated

Kitchen is very small, queen bed in Master has huge dip in it, Dryer makes awful sound, Wicker chairs have falling apart, lamp on right side of king bed broken, Coffee table is lopsided. Definitely needs to be updated.
