This newly renovated in 2017, this first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a four night minimum stay for this unit. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have a 32" flat screen TV while the living room has a 50" flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Interrim stay

We needed a place to stay while our condo was being cleansed/fixed following the last hurricane. This unit was perfect to accommodate my 95 year old mother and my family. We appreciated the convenience and security. We had Christmas here.

Good stay close to beach and eateries

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very clean and comfortable stay. Close to beach access. Beach chairs available. Apartment well equipped. Plenty of towels!. Living vertical shades were not complete, missing a couple vertical blinders, not a big issue but could not close completely. One of the bathtub drain was clogged, I was able to use the toilet plunger available. It has a beach cooler. Kitchen well equipped, coffee maker with spare 4 cup coffee, no filter though (would be nice to have at least for first day) , had to buy before first morning coffee. Overall good stay.

While I understand a no cancelation policy, things and circumstances change. When someone calls requesting an upgrade and offers to pay more for a larger suite, you should take their money. (Especially when your occupancy is down.) Disappointed people look for alternatives.

Beautiful Place

We wish there were some sort of bathrooms by the ocean. Supplies were a little scarce. 1 paper towel roll and 1 dishwasher soap. Ice maker made noise the whole time. Overall clean beautiful property. Pools are very nice. Would stay here again for sure! Close to Siesta Village also.

Our condo was spotless as well as the entire condo complex. The beach was beautiful and the sand is like white powder that never gets hot. Beach lounge chairs are provided in the Palm Bay Club private beach at no charge which was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing!!

The condo was everything we hoped for and much more!! Great location, very clean(as I prefer) and accessible to all amenities. We were also surprised to find many beach items available in the condo. Since we flew in, we weren’t able to bring our own. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you!!

Clean and Updated

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is clean and updated. Even the TV is Netflix-enabled for a rainy day. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the second bedroom had a full bed and a bunk bed (pictures just showed the full bed), so our daughter got to have a bunk bed sleepover with her friend who was staying with her family in another unit. Other reviews mention the proximity to the pool— it really is just steps away. This led to some noise when guests were returning home after the pool closed, mainly from the second bedroom. It also means this unit is one of the farthest from the beach. I would not recommend staying here with any kind of mobility issue — this unit is for active families who don’t mind a little noise and who can haul beach gear from one end of the Palm Bay Club, across the street, through the rest of the Palm Bay Club, and to the beach. That said, we enjoyed our stay but on a return trip, we would book earlier in hopes of securing a unit closer to the beach/across the street. Boogie boards, coolers, and 2 chairs were provided. A wagon would’ve been awesome. Our friends stayed in a unit a few doors up, and their hosts provided a slew of treats and goodies; that made us a little jealous. But their condo was not as updated and given the choice, I’d pick this one. This condo is also keyless, which led to a lot of confusion at checkout (“Where is your key??”). Ending on a positive, they provided tons of clean towels, the sheets were crisp white and so clean, and the mattresses appeared brand new. Thanks!

Siesta Key

Condo was lovely. Location was walking distance to the beach, the pool, and the inter coastal waterway. Short drive to drinks , dining, and shopping.

First Class in Every Eay

The staff was exceptional in helping me whenever I had a question or concern. Even the Security were amazing and so very friendly. Two people stood out in the security staff. Bob Miller was so helpful and friendly (one example was taking my handicap spouse to the bathroom a couple of times). I also found him checking cars, numerous times, for their passes, and that is appreciated by myself and others, to keep things from getting out of hand for limited parking near our room. Charles was also so friendly, yet professional and helpful whenever needed. If your security is this competent and helpful, it is an amazing indication that all aspects of your business at The Palm Bay Club also has a remarkable attention to detail. My thanks for a wonderful vacation that will be a highlight that I will always remember.
