Beautiful, spacious 1BR/1BA condo located in the heart of Isle of Palms, SC. Crescent Moon is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 800 square foot condo located in Oceanview condominium complex at 1116 Ocean Boulevard, Isle of Palms SC. Just steps to the ocean, the private pool, and the best restaurants, shops, and bars that Isle of Palms has to offer. Great spot to view the live, local music on the rooftop of Coconut Joe's. This condo is ideal for a couple or small family looking for premium location in the heart of downtown Isle of Palms.

Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property.

Elevator - There is an ADA compliant elevator that services all floors of Oceanview condos.

4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Exactly as pictured. Host and property management company were very easy to communicate with. Right on the beach. Perfect! Cute town too!

Fun Stay!

The condo was just the right size for my husband and I, small but roomy. You can easily walk to 70% of the restaurants on the island from there and the pool/beach front accessibility was great. The condo looked to be updated, however the floors weren’t as clean as I’d like. There was a pile of sand near the table when we entered. I would also recommend guests check the water filter in the fridge. Other than that, it was fantastic and I’d go back!

Beach Stay - Family of 4

This is our third time staying in this building and we just love it! It's right on the water, and near bars, restaurants and shops we can walk to. We have two kids, 9 and 11, so although this is a 1 bedroom, with the pullout sofa bed in the family room, it was perfectly cozy! We planned to stay outside most of the time anyway! While the storm Debbie put a little damper on that the week we were there, we still made the best of it and had a blast! Love that there is a pool right before entering the beach, the staff is extremely responsive and the unit was clean. We will definitely be back!

Vacation

We had a good time. We love the location because of how close it is to everything. Condo is wonderful. The only complaint is we got there Sunday and the music from the Mexican restaurant next door was so loud it was very hard to tolerate.

Great condo on a great beach

The condo was as described and very neat and organized. Access was easy and the location was very convenient. It is right next to Coconut Joe’s which is convenient, but it’s a very active place with lots of music and crowds. It worried at first because of noise, but it really wasn’t a problem at all because of the noise ordinances. We loved our stay and would stay again!

Easy access to beach

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apt. It was clean but no supplies for coffee or tea were provided. So bring your own coffee grounds. The condo is nicely lit at night. Thankful for the noise restrictions because coconut Joe’s is right next door and loud. Also balcony (side of building)only for 1 person to enjoy somewhat of an ocean view. Public access and bathrooms are adjacent to property. Location to restaurants are awesome. Parking under condo and elevator makes it nice to access from car to apartment.

Great location. So convenient with the elevators. The property had everything needed without being cluttered. Loved being able to have my little Maltese with me in such a beautiful condo. Loved everything about it. I wish we had more time to spend here.

Great Condo/Perfect Location

This was the second time staying in Cresent Moon. Completely quiet 3rd floor condo with side ocean view. The cookwear looks new and every kitchen item needed is supplied. The furniture and bed are comfortable and the condo is very clean. Easy access with the elevator. This is a small condo complex and very easy to make friends at the pool with repeat renters. Parking is wonderful and best of all access to the ocean. We love IOP’s generous beach access for dogs - a true dog lovers town. We will be back.

Great location!

Pros: Location, location, location! Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to restaurants (every meal we had on IOP was excellent), easy walk to shopping (though there's not many shopping options). Property Management. If I had a question I texted the property manager and they responded quickly. An issue with the elevator was fixed promptly. Most notably, our check-out date coincided with a horrible storm, but they allowed us to stay a little later so the worst of the storm could pass before we hit the road to head home. Space It's a spacious unit, perfect for two people (and two dogs!). Ocean view It isn't oceanfront, but there is still a nice view of the beach and ocean from the deck. Cons: This is an industry thing, but I really dislike the new option to check in early or check out late - for an extra fee. Misc: As other have noted, the deck over looks a beach bar. If you are someone who wants/needs complete silence, I'd suggest looking at one of the other units in the building. I didn't notice any noise when the doors were closed and the TV was on, but if the TV was off I could hear the music playing - not loud, but enough that I could recognize the song. It wasn't bothersome to me, but I imagine someone who is noise-sensitive could be bothered by it. All in all, I would definitely stay here again, and hope to plan another trip soon.

We love this property. Always clean and well stocked, comfortable and great location. The managers kept us well informed during the hurricane, which thankfully, did not impact us beyond one day. Can’t wait to come again next year.

Outstanding Condo

Like I said the condo was outstanding. Very clean with everything we needed there. No sand anywhere on the floors which is hard to do in a beach location. Good location with the beach right out past the pool. A shower and a hose to wash off the salt and sand as soon as you come off the boardwalk to the beach. The balcony is on the side of the building but you can still see the beach and ocean from it. The balcony overlooks Coconut Joes which can be a plus as my daughter and I sat out there and watched the people singing Karaoke one night. Which was entertaining. There was also a guitarist singer there we enjoyed hearing. But if you close the sliding door to the balcony you will not hear anything if that's what you want. So you can choose to not hear what is going on next door. There are good restaurants next door or a block away although I found Long Island Cafe by the Harris Teeter market the best place to eat. Both are close to the condo. The management team texted all the details we needed to know about our stay and was quick to respond when we decided to extend our stay by one day. Luckily the day after our stay was not booked. That's how much we liked it here we wanted to stay an extra day. 3 things not in the discription that are helpful to know. Parking garage has a height limit of 6'11" The freezer has a ice maker that supplies plenty of ice. There was a Brita type filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator so we didn't need to buy water.

Place was clean, cozy, and quiet even though Coconut Joe's was right next door. Easy check in and out. Dog friendly with easy access to beach for animals and people. Fully stocked kitchen.Place was as described in the ad. In the center of it all.

peaceful place

Amenities provided saved a rush to the grocery store .Refurbished condo is a superior condo. The towels provided rivaled a high end hotel. We really appreciated all the labeling . The tip for the purchase high quality pool and or beach towels at a reasonable price saved suitcase space.
