We enjoyed our stay with the best deck on sullivans island! House was as described and accommodated our extended family in town for graduation. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone and those BEACH VIEWS cannot be beat!!!!!!

Our group loved this location, the house itself was fantastic and well-supplied in every way, ready to host a big, happy, crowd. The beach is absolutely one of the best. Everything was perfect. The bed linens and pillows were super-comfy and luxurious. The kitchen is fully equipped, the pet-friendly vibe, fenced yard, dog bowls, was very appreciated, the host was responsive and helpful, and everything was clean. The salt-water pool was sparkling clean, the landscaping was beautiful, and there were ample comfy chaises for lounging. 11/10 stars Everyone can’t wait to return!

Sara was wonderful. We had a problem trying to use the TV with 4 remotes. First we did a face time call and the problem was not solved. She immediately said I will come out and fix it. She arrived in 35 minutes Even though it was during the evening. She reset the codes etc and our problem was solved. What a great person to have as a VRBO host!The ocean views are spectacular!

Wonderful stay beachfront on Sullivans Island. Loved great room with kitchen & deck all-around on the beach. Comfortable bedrooms & baths.

Very nice stay

We had a wonderful time! House had all the amenities! The private outdoor pool and pool table inside kept us very entertained! Hope to go back soon!

Great beach gem

The house had everything we needed and was the perfect place to relax in between graduation festivities. Morning walks and afternoon cocktails with amazing views everywhere. Owner was always responsive.

Great beachfront location

Great house for family vacation. House is directly on the beach. At high tide, water is directly below the deck. Pool is an added bonus. Property manager was responsive to requests and questions.

Wow! Talk about beach access and views! This home is steps away from the water. Chairs and toys were plenty! Convenient hoses on upper and lower decks to wash off sand. Home was very clean and well stocked with towels, linens, and toiletries. Open floor plan, plenty of seating, and a pool table is perfect for large groups. Sarah was great with quick responses! We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Sweet Sullivan’s Stay

Loved this property. The layout of the house with the living area somewhat separate and away from the bedrooms was great for a multi generation family vacation. There are fabulous water views on 3 sides of that living area. Young adults loved the pool table; grandparents loved being so close to the water. The house being so close to the beach is unique at Sullivan’s. Bedrooms are simple and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked; we cooked all week and had what we needed.

A PERFECT PLEASURE!!!

For anyone who has the dear memories of growing up in a lived-in, well-loved family beach house, I need not say more: this is it! This home is large enough to give everyone space, small enough to bring everyone together for meals or for time in rocking chairs on the ocean-overlook balcony. We played pool volleyball , had long sunrise and sunset walks on the beach. Well-stocked kitchen, nice linens in all bathrooms and beds, we couldn't have been more at home. We will be back!

Great play to stay to relax and enjoy the view

Our family of 7 had an awesome time! The house had everything we needed and had a very casual, cozy and functional vibe. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, the family room was a great place to congregate, the deck was phenomenal, and the view was incredible!! Our stay was a little late in the year, so the pool didn't get a lot of use, but it would have it was a month earlier. The beach was quiet, and we enjoyed our daily walks. The people on the beach were very friendly and enjoyed seeing the dogs running around. The downtown was very quaint with a number of restaurants, and we didn't have to go far into the Isle of Palms or Mt Pleasant if we wanted something different. Highly recommended!

Sullivan’s Island vacation

The location was amazing. Right on the beach with easy access to the beach. Wonderful views from the deck. Saw dolphins in the early morning. Property manager, Sarah, very responsive. The house was spacious so we had plenty of room for the 9 adults plus 2 year old who stayed there. Air conditioning worked well. ( was a very hot week) The house itself including the pool area was pretty run down , could use some significant maintenance work. Not quite like the photos on line.
