Place is fine/functional but has alot of miles on it and needs some cleanup.Inflatable baby pool downstairs was a mosquito breeding pool

Thank you so much for your comments. We truly appreciate your feedback. We will be sure to let the owners housekeeping company know about the cleanliness so things are better in the future. We will also make sure to remove the baby pool that must have been left by a previous guest.

Love this neighborhood

This is our second time staying in this neighborhood, and we always love this location. 6 Beachside Drive was great. It was clean, located next to the pool (which we love), and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Can’t wait until our next trip!

Mid July, arrived and inside temperature was 81, went to 83 after lowering to 70. Called assistance, they asked if it would be okay to wait until the next day!!?? Are you kidding us!! The house smelled like dog urine, blinds were dusty, one sheer was filthy and torn on the bottom. Handles were off of cabinets. Not happy with place. Local company had another place. We had to pack all of our stuff. Not happy.

Beach vacay

Great house, fabulous location. Only complaint is that the main tv needs to be updated. Could only watch a couple streming services on it.

Pleasant stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was in good condition and had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. Its proximity to the beach, town restaurants, and shops was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, and the surroundings were enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that the pillows in all the bedrooms need to be replaced; doing so would make the house even more comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedding was dirty upon arrival we had to strip the beds and wash the sheets, the looked like they were never changed. We had a towel that was folded up that definitely was not clean. There was wrappers under the bed. The furniture definitely needs to be updated /replaced. The kitchen also needed to be cleaned better.

Great accommodations!

We stayed here during Christmas weekend. The house was just as depicted! Had a little more wear and tear than expected but was fine for our family. My only complaint was that a freeze was expected and I was texted multiple times from the management company with an emergency 24 hour number in case of emergency. Our heat did not work and I continously called the emergency number which just disconnected the call everytime. It was very frustrating and we had no heat all night and the next morning when it was 15 degrees out. They eventually corrected the phone issues and they were able to get the heat repaired the next day. I'm not sure that I would stay in a property again with this management company.

Thank you for your comments. We apologize for the issues with our phone system over the holidays. We have since fixed that issue, so it should not be a problem in the future. Thankfully once it was fixed we were able to get someone out to fix the heat over the holidays which is a feat in of itself. Unfortunately, things like this can occur and they are amplified when there is limited staff and contractors available for the holidays. Thank you for bring this to our attention so we can do a better job in the future for our guests.

What a wonderful stay in a nice private neighborhood

Super convenient walk (less than 3 minutes) to the beach through a quiet private neighborhood. Wonderful beach with a very nice sand bar during low tide, which makes for a great section of ocean appropriate for very young children! High tide brings the thrills of a stronger wave experience for older kids and adults! Our property was well maintained and perfect for a family of four (2 kids) and my mother in law! Very comfy, clean, and well stocked kitchen. Grocery store, butcher, fish market, and liquor store all within walking distance! Literally a three minute walk to all of these. Community pool and tennis courts are next door to this house. Less than a 1 min walk.

There are three great size bedrooms, the living room is quite large and a beautiful screened in porch. This house is very well equipped in the kitchen. Any issues that came up or quickly and courteously addressed.

Short walk to a great coffee shop and about 20 mins to Charleston. We would definitely stay there again.
