Welcome to 317 Centre st....Impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated half duplex in beautiful Towne Club. This location is in the middle of everything Beach Haven has to offer , with well appointed floor plan including entry, living and dining all open to kitchen. Side deck off new kitchen for grilling. Beautiful and spacious front porch for breezy summer evenings. Kitchen features granite counter tops, raised panel trim and custom cabinetry with crown molding and a center island. 3 spacious bedrooms (Queen in master, queen + pull out sleeper sofa in one guest room, oversized twin over full bunk beds in second guest room) upstairs, including a very large master bedroom with walk-in closet and updated master bath. Two additional full baths and seperate laundry room. High volume ceilings throughout. Attached Garage and oversized driveway for plenty of off-street parking.

Great vacation!

Great property for a family vacation. Can’t beat the location - right in the heart of Beach Haven. Home was clean, comfortable, and owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again or recommend to friends!

Family Vacation

The property is spacious with plenty of storage. The property owner respond to all questions quickly. While it isn’t Oceanside the walk to the beach is a straight run.

Even more central than you think…

This was our tenth annual trip down, and we’ve stayed in lots of different spots. Even though we’ve stayed within a block, block and a half, of this property, it immediately felt closer and within more immediate proximity to everything. It was something that everyone noticed and commented on quite often, which is clearly a good thing. The house itself is quite a good deal, with a ton of room to spread out and actually get some personal space, which works nicely with multi-generational guests. Everyone loved the place and have requested that we book it again next summer- can’t get higher praise than that!

Beautiful home and location

There were many positives about this house. The kitchen is very nice. However chairs at the table are quite uncomfortable and should be replaced. Also, the barstools are very uncomfortable. All Plastic Dishes and glasses in kitchen. Nice appliances. The living room is lovely however TV Wi-Fi does not have enough power and the picture keeps Freezing. Upstairs has three nice bedrooms, nice mattresses comfortable rooms. Balconies were not clean so I had to clean them. Great location, great beaches and wonderful seafood restaurants in area. Overall we had a lovely time.

Perfect location and lovely home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owners were consistently prompt and helpful with their communication, which made the experience even better. Additionally, the location of the home couldn't have been more perfect. Suggestions for Improvement While our experience was overall great, we do have a couple of suggestions that could enhance future stays. Firstly, we recommend investing in real dishware as an addition to the home. The current plastic dishes provided cannot be used in the microwave. This limitation presented a challenge during our stay. Secondly, we suggest checking in with the cleaning service and managing expectations. Out of respect, we chose to go barefoot in the home, but unfortunately found ourselves having to rinse our feet before bed due to the dirt that accumulated on the floors. I suspect that this has not been brought to the owners attention, as I know they go out of there way to ensure their guests have a nice stay. Those two minor issues aside, we had a lovely time. Thank you for opening your home to us and I am happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Amazing location

We never had to get in our car, the location is amazing! There are so many delicious restaurants within walking distance and of course Fantasy Island for the little ones. The house is spacious and clean!

Superb location and fine house with a few caveats.

Great location, central to the heart of Beach Haven. The house was comfortable. The WIFI was poor with several areas getting little to no service. The all-plastic plates and glasses were tacky. A list of what housewares/supplies were included would have helped immensely! Ubiquitous ant-traps were unsightly.
