Simply adorable family beach home, just one block from beach access. Lovingly remodeled and features a beach theme, with coastal style and colors. The living room includes two sofas, one of which is a Queen hide-a-bed, a flat screen TV, and cable TV service.  From there, the sliding glass door opens up to the back deck with a charming backyard. You will enjoy the fire pit (sometimes off limits during fire season) and outdoor furniture in the quiet secluded space.  There is also a BBQ available in the garage.
The master bedroom offers a comfy King Bed and flat screen TV.  Adjacent to the master bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer. The dining area and kitchen are fully remodeled, and have a light and airy feel. Off the kitchen you'll find a cute half bath, and just beyond is the second bedroom with a Queen Murphy bed.  There are two parking spots available; one in the garage, and one in the driveway. Enjoy!

We loved this cottage. It’s perfect! Clean. Close to the beach. It’s beautifully decorated inside and the backyard is charming. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Cozy spot to call home while exploring Seaside & adjacent towns. Very quiet & a short, lovely walk right to the beach. House has everything you’d need. Hope to stay again!

The house came exactly as advertised, clean , neat and functional. Very close to all activities. I must say they need to upgrade All! there mattresses, especially the Sofa sleeper, Otherwise it’s a Good hose. Don S.

Cute clean house. Enjoyed the stay. A few things were a little misleading about the advertisement—it’s 15 seconds to beach ACCESS if you run REALLY fast. It’s then another five minutes of steady walking until you see the beach from the access point. There is also a tiny house in the back yard that wasn’t advertised and was surprising. We weren’t sure if they were going to rent it out to someone else or if someone was living there, but it wasn’t in the advertisement. House was in good condition and very clean.

This place was awsome, had everything you could possibly need except food but even had spices for your food. I was so impressed. I come to seaside about every other year and I will try to stay here again.

Traveled with 3 kids (one of which special needs). The house was equipped with EVERYTHING. The beds comfortable, kitchen large and roomy. Location was perfect, 1 min walk to the beach. Backyard was great to have for the kids. Host communication was SUPERIOR and everything was flawless. This was very reasonably priced and offered so much more than other homes in the area. I’d book again in a heartbeat. You won’t regret it.

The floors were pretty dirty I vacuumed once the big bedroom closet track was filthy. Blood stains on one pillow so my sister bought 2 pillows. It was in Murphy bedroom. Also bike tires flat so unable to ride them. Beds very uncomfortable.

This is a pleasant house. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have a comfortable place to relax in after a day out and about. We love that we can park our car in the garage during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! This home is very clean with amazing decor! Home is very warm and welocoming; back yard is private with relaxing feel. We will definitely return.

Cute little house and a great location! The kitchen is good sized and well stocked. The two beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was terrible. The mattress is not even adequate for children, but for an adult, it was unfortunately horrendous. The exterior of the house, and the backyard are extremely well-maintained. Overall, this is a great house in Seaside if you only need two beds.

The house was as advertised. Cute, comfortable and very close to the beach/downtown. It’s in a nice quiet street far enough away from things but close enough to walk or ride around. We brought chairs, bikes and beach toys, but if we end up returning we won’t bring them. The garage has everything you'll need. The fire pit in the backyard is great, make sure you stop on the way into town and buy wood. It is more expensive in town. They have loads of towels to use, which was fantastic. The pull out couch/bed was not great. Our teenager ended up sleeping on the couch rather than the pull out. I would recommend the owners either upgrade the mattress or renters bring an air mattress or foam topper. There was plenty of tea but no kettle. It would also be nice to have an air fryer. All in all, we will likely be back. The family had a great time.

Close to the beach

I really enjoyed my stay. Close to beach and had everything we needed. We could walk to friends and families rental homes to enjoy a birthday celebration. Would stay there again!
