335 4th Ave - This adorable beach cottage is just 4 blocks to town, or a 3-5 minute walk, and 2 min walk to the Promenade. Two queen bedrooms plus one bedroom with a Queen bed, and bunk twin beds, for a maximum of 8 people. Open living and dining room area with cable TV DVD player. Smart TV so you can login using your own account for NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave. Main bath has a tub/shower combo, 2nd bathroom has shower, commode and sink plus stack washer/dryer. Fabulous location for family get together plus other rentals close by such as 435 4th right next door and the Riverwalk Condominiums. Parking for 3 cars maximum. Outdoor furniture available for summer with BBQ. River is just 3 properties east.

Cheerleading competition

We have stayed here the same weekend for the past few years for a cheerleading competition at the expo center which is right down the street. Cute little house that met all our needs for two families with teenagers. Two bedrooms for the adults and one bedroom packed with bunk beds and a queen bed. Nice to have two bathrooms which is uncommon in such a small house.

Perfect landing for Thanksgiving by the ocean

This property was a great landing spot for our Thanksgiving at the coast. It is laid out well for easy gathering in the main area, making it feel bigger than it was. Our group of 8 enjoyed games and a Thanksgiving meal together while being close but not feeling on top of each other We enjoyed the easy walk to the prom and beach for runs and walks and an evening bonfire. It's also an easy walk to Broadway for restaurants and shopping. restaurants.

Great Location!

Easy walk to downtown and the beach. Quiet community. The shower could’ve been cleaned a little better, but overall very clean home and great stay! We’ll definitely keep this place in mind so our next Seaside trip.

Enjoyed our stay

Cute little house, close to the beach, served our needs very well. Disappointed to find leftover food in the refrigerator and freezer, refrigerator had food stains not wiped out, floor had not been mopped.

Seaside April 2024

The property was clean. There were some little visitors (ants). We placed the ant traps in the bathroom and purchases spray. The took care of it. The main bathroom shower has very weak water pressure. We were not able to watch TV because it would not work. We did watch Netflix. We were disappointed that we couldn't watch regular TV, but all is well. We had a great weekend.

Perfect size and location!

Perfect location to town and the beach. The house was just right for 3 adults and two kiddos (10-12 yrs old). We plan to stay again soon!

Decent stay

The house is a cute little house that is in walking distance to the beach which was a plus. There was enough room for a group of 8 with 4 kids. There were a few minor adjustments that would have made the stay much more accommodating, but overall it was pleasant. There is only one small TV in the living room, the wifi isn't very strong as the TV kept freezing on shows, and there is no air conditioning for hot days. I would stay again though. I would just prepare accordingly now that I know.

Perfect!

This little house was perfect for my family. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with an additional bed which was perfect for my 3 kids. The living room is comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all of the utinsles I needed to prepare dinners . Very short walk to the beach and very close to the aquarium. Close to town so we were able to walk everywhere ! We only drove the car once to get groceries. Having only 1 TV was a bummer but the family was so tuckered out from running on the beach all day it wasn't an issue. This was a great stay, I'd definitely recommend it and hope to be back!

Comfortable home

Convenient location to beach, shops & food, had a nice deck, and fit us well. However, there's such high cleaning fees for the house that YOU clean. There were sticky notes everywhere from the owner with instructions of what not to do. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we got there. There were sugar ants, the kitchen was insufficient in supplies, and we ran out of dishwasher soap and toilet paper. The photos also show a TV to be in a bedroom, but there's only one in the living room. Other than that, a decent stay and would recommend for those who enjoy the coast.

Great house in Seaside!

This house was perfect for our family! It was close to the beach and downtown Seaside. The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room made it easy for our family of 7 to have plenty of space to relax when we weren’t out exploring. All of my interactions with the house management were pleasant and easy. We would love to come stay again sometime!

Great location and cute spot

We had a really fun time getting together after a long year and a half. My best friend and her two daughters and my daughter and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and the boardwalk and the cute town of Seaside. The space is just as advertised and the beds were very comfortable. The bunkbeds were a hit with the daughters. The only amenity I would’ve liked is better kitchen supplies and maybe sharper knives. Overall it was a fun stay with a great location.

Very nice house to stay

It was nice staying in this little house. Close to beach, downtown and outlet. It has some games and piano. Kids had fun. It is perfect for us. We came in late and couldn’t find the check in instruction, but property manager gave us easy instructions to get the key. The fan in the second bathroom wasn’t working and they came to fix it in an hour. Thanks. I will recommend this to others.

Great comfortable beach house. Loved it.

My family and I had a great time at this house. Super close to the beach and businesses. Super convenient had everything we needed to have a good time there. Walk to the beach every night before sunset. Super clean easy to park. Slept really well in the beds. My kids love the bunk beds the games,movies, internet access, books to read. Will definitely recommend this house.

Our weekend in Seaside

The house was perfect! We parked our cars on Friday and never drove them until we left on Sunday, we walked everywhere! I wanted to let you know that there was a drawer full of someone's financial papers in the back bedroom. We just left it all there and didn't disturb them. Thank you!
