Super comfy and completely renovated, this 3 Bed/2 Bath home is a delight! In quiet north Seaside, you'll be just a short block to the beach to view the fabulous sunsets. Living room has large flat screen TV. Dining area with sliding doors to the patio with covered seating for indoor/outdoor dining. Beautiful back yard with gas fire-pit, lounge chairs and picnic table. Master bedroom has a King, Bunk Room has Twin on top, Full on Bottom, and 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. Queen bedroom has bathroom access from room as well as hallway access. The Bunk room and Master Bedroom have private access within rooms to the Master bathroom. The dining room seats 6 and there are place settings and cutlery for 8 Parking for 3 vehicles, one inside the garage and 2 vehicles on the parking pad. No parking allowed on the public street (City's rules). NO PETS or SMOKING

We enjoyed our stay here. We had beautiful weather so enjoyed eating on the lovely patio. Appreciated the beach toys, towels and wagon available in the garage as well as the extra firewood for beach bonfire. Also saw an air mattress and pack in play in closets for use if needed. Kitchen had all basics stocked and there were games and books for kids in the house as well. Close to the beach that we walked down easily multiple times a day. Would definitely return for another seaside trip.

Easy walk to the promenade and beach. We enjoyed our stay in this vacation rental which is nicely updated with modern touches, clean and comfortable.

Nice little house. Our checkin day had been a little warm so the house was a little stuffy but we opened windows and aired it out just fine. The backyard is very private abd was my kids favorite thing about the house. Walking distance to a nice little playground at Goodman park. You can walk to the beach, its a little longer walk over the dune than I realized but it was doable.

We had a great stay! Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels and gear. The patio and backyard was so nice too! 10/10!!!

We stayed the week, the house was great and just steps to the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. My only issue was there were towels in the dryer when we arrived. We arrived exactly on time for check in, and the cleaning lady was still there and said they weren’t done drying yet. The top bunk was not made yet either. There were beach supplies which was great for our kids to use; the chair they had available was totally broken though. Other than those small issues we enjoyed our time at this home!

This home was perfect for our family! They have thought of everything that you would need for a fun stress free vacation with a family. There were games, toys and movies for the kids as well as beach supplies. It was clean, well maintained and so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
