Even if you book elsewhere on Fort Myers Beach, I thank you for your patronage to any and all places you choose to help us get back on our feet after IAN. Everyone on FMB is SO grateful for that! Bless you.

To see the area, PLEASE CHECK OUT the last picture which is a video from a drone. It will show you the location of the house, the street and the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note: My places are NOT party houses. You cannot book this and then invite family and friends over to party by the pool. You will be asked to leave without a refund if this happens. It is not fair to the upper unit nor the toll on the unit. The pool/spa/lights all shut down at 10 p.m. due to the FMB noise ordinance.

1 Bedroom Ground level Suite with a full kitchen, brand new decor and furniture plus pool/spa. Dockside Dream is nestled on a quiet street, just three blocks from Time Square, you can enjoy canal views, fishing over off the dock or bring your own watercraft. No reason to get in your car after you arrive with restaurants/bars in less than a 1/3 mile walk. A king bedroom, and open concept kitchen/living area are yours to enjoy as well as outdoor dining on the screened lanai.

There is a large heated pool with a spa on the canal. There is a sundeck in the pool for children which is only 9" of water. The spa is raised so sitting in it you look right down the canal to the bay. So beautiful at night looking at the lights of the bay.

A short stroll to Estero Blvd. will take you to numerous restaurants and Beach Access #32 at Avenue E. Walk up the beach to the Times Square area and enjoy great local seafood, live entertainment and free sunsets every night. And your four-legged friend is welcome at the house as well as on a leash at the beach. Pet fee required.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. It is $50 for up to 4ppl and $10 per person thereafter.

Perfect Spot

We loved Marias place as the perfect spot on Fort Myers beach. Had a nice pool and spa with huge deck on the canal to enjoy.Walk to beach.Place loaded with snacks and everything you need for a nice stay. Thank you Maria!

I recently stayed at this lovely house in Fort Myers Beach with my wife and son for two nights, and we had an amazing time. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt right at home. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

Perfect location

We spent 3 fabulous nights and the location is wonderful. Place was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Yes, you can hear people upstairs but they were lovely and Maria made sure that we were comfortable. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Beach Vacation

Great spot! Everything we wanted. Very, very clean and updated. Short walk to beach and restaurants. New pool, spa and dock connected right to the living unit and its private patio. We booked again for next month. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay!

This was a comfortable place for the two of us to stay It was well equipped and very cute and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and my husband loved fishing off the dock. We walked to restaurants and the beach! Maria was extremely helpful and she also provided bikes to use for our leisure. We will definitely plan to stay there again the next time we are in the area!

Maria rocks!

We absolutely love Maria and her properties. She is super friendly and easy to deal with and continues to exceed our expectations. You never have to worry if you have forgotten to pack some thing because Maria has you covered. Any toiletry you can imagine. And she even supplies extra sunglasses!

Wonderful location!

I can’t say enough about our stay here. Maria was so helpful and accommodating. Her one bedroom condo is perfect and so cute. Location was ideal to walk or bike wherever we needed to go. The red tide was horrible while we were there but it didn’t affect our vacation since we had the pool to enjoy! Thank you Maria and we hope to be back next year!

Location! Great, small 1 bedroom with all amenities close to bay, food and beach.

The one bedroom is nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. It lacks privacy if shared with 4 people, but with the kids it didn’t matter. It has window air conditioning which kept it cool, but was tough to keep the Florida humidity out. The pool, hot tub and dock ( we rented a pontoon boat) was perfect for all day enjoyment and all well taken care of. It’s a short walk to the beach and all dining, which allowed the older kids to wonder out. If you are looking for something for everyone, this location truly has it all. The owner is great, on top of things, takes care of her property, flexible and very helpful during the planning process.

Nice property, but

This property was exactly as described. However, in the bottom unit, the quality of your stay will be determined by the respectfulness of the tenants above you. We unfortunately were under a group of young ladies on a girls “getaway”. So basically we dealt with filthy conditions in the communal area and non stop banging on the floor until 4am.

“Dream” Vacation Location

Maria, the owner, has thought of everything to make sure you will have a great vacation. House is beautifully decorated and set up. Kitchen amenities are never ending. Pool, spa, deck and screened in porch were beautiful. Property was “very” clean. Bicycles and fishing poles to utilize. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, even some within walking distance. The beach is very close, within walking distance. Renters make sure to go to Walmart instead of Publix groceries. Publix very high prices. Our mistake. Loved The Salty Crab Great location on the beach to eat and drink. Found a great bbq place called Rib City. 4 miles away. The owner is delightful and was available for any questions or needs. Thanks for making our girl trip vacation a relaxing success!!

Dockside Dream come true

Spent a month at this cute, convenient property with our fur baby. Great location on a canal and only a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. Unit is clean and fully stoked with anything you might need. Pool, spa, dock and screened porch make for a very relaxing Stay. Maria and her staff are great people and make sure everything is top notch. We will be sure to visit again.

Very Nice Rental w Shared Pool

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very clean and is in short walking distance to the beach. The pool and hot tub really made this property desirable for our quick get away.

BEST VACATION THIS YEAR!

My husband and my fur babies totally enjoyed ourselves over Labor Day weekend. The location was perfect because it was a five minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also took the fur babies to Naples for the day and had lunch which was only a 30 minute drive and the next day we went to Captiva Island which was also a 30 minute drive and that was amazing. Fort Myers is definitely a dog friendly community. The house had everything we needed and everything was up to date and very, very, VERY clean inside and out. The back deck with the pool on the canal was breath taking. The best part was listening to live music on Sunday afternoon on the back porch of the house, that is how close the main strip is to the house. This is a FIVE STAR DOG FRIENDLY house. Please if you do come with your dogs please keep it clean because you will definitely want to come back!!

This unit is located in the best location of the beach if you want to walk to everything. There are over 20 restaurants and bars within a 10 or 15-minute walk.

The beach is about 5 minutes and there are parasailing and jet ski rentals available there.

I include chairs for the beach, beach towels, a cooler, and a beach wagon. There is a pier about 10 minutes walking distance and of course, you can fish on the dock. You can rent a boat across the bay and keep it on the dock for days until you are done with it.

There is a water purification system throughout so you can drink the tap water.

The pool and spa are new and we don't use liquid chlorine unless necessary. We use salt....but the pool is NOT a saltwater pool. No bleaching of your suits, no burning eyes, no green hair, and no chemical absorption through the skin. " The chlorine generator (also known as the salt cell, salt generator, salt chlorinator or SWG) uses electrolysis in the presence of dissolved salt (NaCl) to produce hypochlorous acid (HClO) and sodium hypochlorite (NaClO), which are the sanitizing agents already commonly used in swimming pools."

The actual street is quiet and peaceful. Walk to the end and the hustle and bustle begin. It is a wonderful place for all to enjoy.
