Entire "Toucan" (first floor villa) on canal with PRIVATE SALT WATER HEATED POOL, beautifully remodeled, luxury furnishings, 2 King Bedrooms with blackout shades,
2 Bathrooms, TV's in each bedroom, full living area with 65" flat screen smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, all utilities. Whole house water filtration system, osmosis drinking water. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top stove, stackable washer/dryer. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Mr. Coffee and Keurig); literally your home away from home!

Fully equipped with everything you need to stay for as long as you like.

Private parking for 2 cars on property, gated and secured. This is a private first floor villa of a duplex, owners reside upstairs. Full outdoor kitchen with gas grill at your disposal, awesome outdoor bar for entertaining, outdoor furniture for dining, outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand before jumping in the pool. Everything is lit at night providing a beautiful, peaceful soft glow. Privacy is an important feature for our guests.

We are located North of the Mantanzas bridge, one block to "restaurant row" and two blocks to Time Square and the beach! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach cart to transport it all! Everything you need within walking distance. Publix is the main grocery store and deliver upon request. Newly opened Margaritaville is two blocks away, all restaurants, bars and spa open to the public.

Empezare por decir que fue un fin de semana excelente un lugar súper bello todo muy bien decorado La limpieza del lugar excelente un lugar perfecto si decides pasarlo en familia deben de ir se los recomiendo Una piscina perfecta para la familia y para quien tengo niños pequeños Mejor espero volver pronto ah la señora no tú tuve el placer de conocerla pero si tuve todo lo que necesité y en verdad no tengo quejas para mi fue un súper fin de semana en una casa increíble Gracias

Beautiful and perfect accommodations! Every comfort of home provided…from fully stocked kitchen and outdoor oasis, to everything you need for a day at the beach! Location is perfect to walk anywhere you need to go. Mark and Karen are wonderful hosts and very prompt with any questions asked. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

Tranquil spot in Ft Myers Beach area just a few steps from everything!

Great property. Nice, clean and comfortable - just as described and shown in the pictures. Outdoor living space is awesome with lots of seating and beautiful landscaping with a view of the canal and a little of the beach between the buildings (not ON the beach). Excellent amenities throughout - comfy beds, high end towels, appliances, and just about any kitchen gadget you can imagine. Walk or bike to everything. I was ok with the owner being on-site/upstairs since I was alone on this trip, and this is my only watch-out - could be off-putting to some people. Overall a total gem :)

Super convenient location

Unit is as advertised. Lots of great outdoor amenities and well apportioned. We had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Location is super walkable to beach and all of the nearby restaurants, but not close enough that the noise from them bother you. Perfect place for our family. Thanks, Karen!

Labor Day Weekend Family Getaway

Great place to stay with everything needed for our family that is a short walk to Fort Myers Beach stores and restaurants However, the Tiki setting on the deck out into the canal was our go to spot for the weekend. Thank you Karen and Mark!

You were woken up at 5 AM on Friday and 7 AM on Saturday from upstairs neighbors. Were very unclear on a lot of things because apparently we did not get a welcome email? Overall it was fine. Very clean property and the two bedrooms and bathrooms were nice.

Every detail was thought of

We just spent 7 nights at Parrot Eyes. The property is as pictured and described! I didn’t need to bring half of the stuff I threw in for the beach as they have thought of everything. Beach cart, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler The beds were very comfortable The towels were thick and soft The washer and dryer easily accessible The kitchen is very well stocked The whole apartment was VERY clean The pool was perfect for just the four of us. My kids named the floating ducks Lars and Francisco Easy to get to Walkable to the beach and local restaurants 10/10 would stay here again

We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean, the area is quite and out if the main stream, but only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. It was our own little paradise. Definitely recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay for kids and adults alike!

My partner and our 4 kids stayed in July and we just loved this place. The property is very clean and well maintained. Yes, the pool is small but our kids (6,7,10,11) loved it and it was big enough to play many games of sharks and minnows or Marco Polo. The outdoor area is phenomenal. We loved eating under the covered patio with the ceiling fan. The outdoor shower was one of our favorite features and we never felt like we were dealing with sand inside. The inside feels like a hotel with the added benefit of privacy, laundry, and a full kitchen. We loved the closeness to shops, restaurants, and the beach, however I will say it’s a bit too far to walk (2-3 blocks) when carrying heavy beach supplies. In that case you can always drive over, drop off supplies and your group, and then walk back, or just pay parking fees. A small wagon would have helped, but we didn’t think to bring one. We loved being able to see the ocean, since there is currently an empty lot across from the house. The kids loved fishing off the dock (we brought poles and tackle box), although they didn’t catch a thing. The reason I marked down for accuracy of the post, is we did not find a bidet (our goofy children were excited about trying one), and there isn’t a hot tub…unless you’re counting the pool? I could have messaged to ask, but there were so many other winning features that it just wasn’t a loss, and none of this would stop us from booking again. Beautiful condo!

Cozy vacation spot

This property is fantastic! Everything is brand new and very clean. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and the owners are phenomenal! We loved being within walking distance of so many eateries and shops. Next time we are back in the area, we know where we are staying! :)

Amazing stay at Ft Myers Beach

Parrot eyes in Ft myers beach is an amazing place that we found after traveling to the area for 30+ years. 2 blocks from Nervous Nellie’s and Times Square. Didn’t need a car. Beautiful pool and indoor and outdoor places to hang out. Clean and fantastic decorating. Made you feel at home. Will absolutely stay there again. Thank You!

Bright and Beautiful

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. The brand new construction was decorated so bright and gorgeous. You can't help but to feel happy here! Everything on the property was clean and neat. We enjoyed the outside setting as much if not more than the interior. The pool was so very enjoyable. We spent many hours outside under the hut. Linens and towels were soft and new. My husband enjoyed watching tv in the outside bar area in the evenings. We loved that this property provided beach chairs and bicycles. This was so handy, especially when flying into town. We enjoyed riding bicycles to all of the local bars and restaurants. It was fun exploring the island. The hosts were a delight. I would definitely recommend this property to others. We plan on returning! Thank you for your kindness!

Beautiful get-away

Absolutely gorgeous property! The hosts, Karen and Mark have attended to every little detail for their guests! The outdoor area is the star of the show! The pool was amazing and we spent so much time out under the tiki hut on the dock. The inside decor is adorable! Very bright and tropical. It has a well appointed kitchen and the unit was very clean. The location is perfect. You are just 2 blocks from the beach and the Times Square/downtown area. Easy access to bridge on and off island. But the area is very quiet at night. I would highly recommend this property!

Small slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Parrot Eyes FMB. This gem is conveniently located within a 3-5 minute walk to several great restaurants that are right on the waterfront and also about a 5 minute walk to the beach. No car needed. We walked everywhere. The house itself is all up-to-date and beautifully remodeled, and was clean upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The outside area has an awesome lounge on the canal and the private, heated pool is perfect for relaxing if you need a change of pace from the beach. Karen and Mark could not have been more accommodating and were very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. A perfect spot for our long weekend. We can't wait to get back for another visit.

Just beautiful

My Husband, myself, sister-in-law and brother-in-law stayed for two nights. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of accommodations! The decorations throughout the house were amazing, the house itself so cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway! Then you have the outside living space the is beyond measure!!! Just beautiful and beautifully decorated!!!! We used the grill one night, relaxed in the pool and sat under the tiki! We will be coming back!!!!! 5 stars all the way! Thank you Karen and Mark!!! Amazing House! Fantastic Location!

Gosh this house far surpassed our expectations. Karen was amazing answering all of my questions before we even arrived. Karen and Mark were terrific taking care of the property and letting us know they were there for us without ever being intrusive. The location of the house is amazing, you can walk to amazing restaurants and shops, the pool and canal views are an absolute showstopper, we spent so much time out there playing games, floating around and chatting. Everything was perfect and just what we needed for this trip!! We will absolutely visit again.

Amazing vacation get away

My boyfriend and I had a great 4 night stay at Karen and Mark’s paradise. It was more than we could have hoped for. We rented a car….because my boyfriend wanted to drive to the different beaches in a convertible, but it definitely wasn’t necessary. You can Uber to the place from the airport and then everything you need is within walking distance. The shops and restaurants are one street over. Super close, yet not loud at all. The beach is two blocks up. The place was super clean and very nicely decorated inside and out. We went to the beach most mornings then sat by the pool in the afternoon. We ate somewhere new everyday. The food places were affordable and the food was good. Neither of us eat seafood and there was still plenty to chose from. There was live music everyday. The town was clean and safe. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were super nice. They go out if their way to make sure that they stay out of your way so having them living upstairs was not an issue. We plan to return with our teenagers next year-either winter or summer as they are jealous they missed out on our fabulous getaway! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation highly recommend staying here. You honestly will not be disappointed.

Family Vacay

Parrot Eyes was perfect for our stay. It was my husband and I, our 12 year old daughter and her friend and the space fit us just right. It had all the amenities we needed and you could not beat the location - literally around the corner from Times Square. Privacy was NOT an issue and Karen was available for any questions we had. Beautiful home perfect location

This gorgeous property is located right in the middle of the action on Fort Myers Beach. All of the restaurants, shops & beach are within easy walking distance. The house is beautiful and has everything you could ever need. The pool and lounge areas were so great we didn't want to go anywhere else. Having great hosts who are super friendly made this an even better place to stay.

We decided to move farther south for warmer weather, and have recreated our beloved "ParrotEyes Fort Myers Beach", bigger and better! We hope all of you will come visit us!

Walking distance to Times Square and the Pier, 5 minute walk to the beach, waterfront fishing, private outdoor bar and kitchen, including a grill. Outdoor shower after a day in the sun, loungers for sunning, covered tiki for relaxing, brand new, private saltwater pool, outdoor area available for our guests to enjoy. Bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs and coolers available for our guests. Our goal was to make "ParrotEyes" a tranquil environment with lots of character. We are sure it's unlike anywhere you have stayed before.
