Very comfortable and feels like home. Very well appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare anything we wanted. Pool was excellent and the complex is very well kept. Residents were very cordial and welcoming as well. Great place!

We loved the location, the pool and having a garage to store our bikes in. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The condo location is very private and quiet.

From check in to the whole stay was great. The host let us get in early, the location was perfect, and the place was very nice, clean, and with nice amenities. Also very comfortable furniture. I will definitely rent this place again. Thanks again.

Perfectly appointed in quiet, forested corner of attractive condo community. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Patty was very easy to work with. Interesting historical sites 30 minutes to great biking on Jekyl Island.

The unit was very clean and was as described in the listing. The pool was very nice but it was chilly when were there so we only got in a couple times. Use of the garage was nice to store things in.This is the second time we rented this unit and the upgrades were nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Barnes Plantation is a great place to stay on the island, and our experience here will only bring us back again.

Thanksgiving Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and cozy. The screened in porch was wonderful. Communication with the owner was excellent. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Second Visit was just as nice as the First

Barnes plantation

Patty’ s condo was well equipped ,spacious for three of us and in a great location. We had no issues checking in or out and enjoyed having the keyless code entry.

Central location

Great screened porch! We had rain most of our stay but could sit out and still enjoy the time we had here. Very quiet, and nice neighbors. Recommend this condo, the owner is very kind and checked with me to be sure we had all we needed. Super clean and comfy.

St Simons get away

Had another great time on St Simons. The condo was all it could be. The hostess was FABULOUS .The unit itself was well furnished with plenty of towels and kitchen ware. The location was convenient to everything,the pool was niece,and the neighborhood was quiet. The screened in porch was an added bonus.

Great condo!

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo and we love it! Such an awesome location - facing the woods, first floor - couldn' t be better. There was even laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for us to use. We hope to be back soon!
