Great escape

This was a great place to come with my teenage kids. They were free to explore and I felt comfortable letting them do so relaxing great vacation.

Beautiful, great location!

The home is gorgeous! Location was perfect for our fam. 1 min walk to the pool. Loved the included golf cart and bikes! Short, easy bike to Seaside to shop and eat. Check in and out process seamless! Highly recommend!!!

Great House and Location

The home was great, clean, smelled good when we arrived. The location in Watercolor is one of our favorites because it’s a little out of the way and quiet. 360 Blue is always polite and responsive. Would say at this house again and would rent from 360 Blue again.

Blazing Star

Enjoyed our stay. Love Watercolor. However, furniture in house a bit dated and stained in the living room. Mold in upstairs master bedroom on ceiling and around vents somewhat concerning. The bikes were very old and two of them not operational. Golf cart was great. Overall, a decent experience but some TLC needed and expected for premium pricing.

Our stay at 20 blazing star

Really nice house. Enjoyed the golf cart very much. The cart could be larger as the house sleeps 11. The shower outside was very nice to have. The maintenance of the landscaping was not up to par as other homes in the neighborhood. It was overgrown limiting usage of the driveway. Weeds and grass were a plenty. Beds were noisy getting in and out. The executive membership was a nice touch.

Beautiful home and VERY clean!! Being on the other side of CR395 was the only drawback, but could also be seen as a positive depending on what you’re looking for. This area was very chill and a good place to let the kids ride bikes freely. The dragonfly pool was the perfect place to end our busy beach/camp watercolor days. The upstairs living area was nice for kids to congregate. Overall 5 stars.

October 2021 fall break

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and we enjoyed using the golf cart. We also loved walking & jogging on all the paths around the area. Camp Watercolor was close by and our kids had fun there too!!Convenient access to Publix for 2 families as well. Love the Watercolor beach club & being able to ride the bikes provided. The only thing I would suggest is some of the kitchen pans could be replaced some were very worn. We also found that lots of dishes in the cabinets were dirty upon arrival.

House was immaculate upon arrival. Gorgeous. Big and beautiful.

Enjoyed the beach with grandchildren. So fun. Too bad the golf cart that was promised with our rental was not working which we found out on our first day. The property management company was slow to respond so we ended up not having a golf cart during our stay. Inconvenienced - yes. But everything else was perfect about our stay.

We came with our daughter and granddaughter. Everything was great. Clean and very nicely decorated. Plenty of room and furnished kitchen was great. Convenient to everything in seaside.

We loved staying at the Property! Fantastic location near all the attractions, food,etc. The Golf Cart was a great additional benefit. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

August 2018 Stay

We loved our 9 day stay at 20 Blazing Star. The house is beautiful and plenty big enough for 4 couples to have their own space. The location is perfect as it overlooks the green space and is a 2 minute walk to the pool. This was our first time staying in the Crossings District and would definitely stay here again. The houses are newer then many of the houses on the other side of Watercolor.

We had 8 people in our group enjoying a nice relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, tennis center, and convenience of all the wonderful restaurants and of course the beautiful beach.

Great vacation. 360’Service was awesome... if there were any issues I could easily reach out through their app and the response time was often same day with a follow up call to boot. Next 30A vacay will be booked via 360 Blue!

July 2018 Stay

We loved our stay at 20 Blazing Star and hope to return soon. The house was gorgeous and we had more room then we needed. We had 3 Adults, 4 teenagers and in-laws visit. We love the decor, the porches, plush beds and of course the breathtaking beach. We made so many memories and our stay was very special. The golf car was an awesome bonus and the bikes were used non-stop. The crossings district is a great location. It's quiet, quaint, but a very easy bike ride to the beach and Seaside. We will miss this place and leave a part of our hearts in 30A. Thank you to our hosts for all the great touches and wonderfully equipped home. Thank you to 360 Blue for a great experience.
