Very nice home, with plenty of space for our family of six. Location was great (close to the beach, close to Seaside food trucks/etc).

Our First Stay in Watercolor

We enjoyed more than Seaside. A little quieter w a resort feel.

Great Place and Location!

First time to Watercolors for a friends getaway. This house is the perfect location for a short walk across the street to the beach and the shops and restaurants close by. Seaside restaurants and shops are also walkable. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the front porch swing!

Great place

It was great experience and had 4 watercolor wristbands right away which was nice. House was ready to live in right away without going to store just had to get groceries and everything worked great in house

Great stay in watercolor!

This was our first time staying in watercolor and had the best week. The house was in a perfect location and was exactly as shown and described in the listing. The amenities of watercolor were first class. We will definitely come back to watercolor and use this house again!

Great house, great location!

House was wonderful overall, though the covers for couches need a good washing. Upstairs was perfect teen haven for our crew. Beautiful decor! Kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home!

great house!

Beautiful house in a great location. Loved the front porch and proximity to the beach. Only criticism is that it would be nice if laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper would be provided in quantity more appropriate to the duration of the stay. Overall we had a great experience.

PERFECT LOCATION!

The house is spacious and clean, and the location couldn't be better. It's a short walk to the beach/beach club and the additional access to Camp Watercolor is a huge perk. All the shops in Watercolor are right around the corner and it's a simple walk or bike ride to Seaside for additional shopping and food (Sundog Books and Central Square Records are always a favorite of ours). WOULD RECOMMEND!

October 2021 Stay

Great location! Very conveniently located to beach club and Watercolor shops. Fantastic house. We used the outdoor grill and table almost every night. Kitchen well stocked. Very relaxing vacation. 360 Blue very responsive to questions we had. Will hopefully stay again.

August 2019 Stay

Thank you for sharing this beautiful house for our party of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids). The location was great - one block away from the Watercolor Inn private beach access and Watercolor Beach Club pool. We biked to Camp Watercolor. We walked /biked to Seaside. The house was lovely, but could benefit from a deep cleaning. The house was very comfortable, spacious, and kitchen was well appointed with what we needed- nice pots and pans, great serving platters, ample cutlery. 360 Blue was outstanding - very responsive, easy to reach for questions and dropped off things we needed quickly.

June 2019 Stay

Mystic Cobalt was a great location for our family of seven that includes two children. It was a short walk to the beach which is our favorite part of Watercolor. We enjoyed the remodeled Camp Watercolor pool with the lazy river. We were disappointed that the Beach Club pool was not finished. We rode bikes and walked to Seaside to enjoy food and ice cream. 360 Blue was great to rent from. When we arrived, we couldn’t operate the living room television and they sent someone quickly to get us set up. It turned out to be a cable issue and we needed a different remote that was in a drawer. We appreciated their quick response. We will be back!

Loved our stay at this house for the Watercolor Harvest Food and Wine. Ideal location for this event, everything in walking distance. The house was wonderful, beautifully furnished, not one thing we would change. Hope we can rent it again soon. Gerry Wade

Family Fun 2018

This was our last family get together before our son goes off to Baylor for his first year of college and his sister just moved to Minneapolis. We took Mimi and Poppi, too. The home was so beachy and lovely. The kitchen was stocked with lots of necessities although we ate out most of the time. Our favorite is the Great Southern and Modica Market for breakfast and lattes. We spent a lot of time on the beach and sitting on the front porch. It was a great end of summer vacation and this house was perfect for all of us. The only suggestions we have are to get a new router and house needs an outdoor shower. They capped off the old one and we were extra sandy after a long day at the beach. Other than that everything was divine!!
