Completely remodeled executive townhouse perfect for work or pleasure. One block from lake access, grocery stores, banks and amazing restaurants. Five minutes to downtown Madison.
This smart home showcases a new kitchen and bathroom, cement countertops, 110-inch theater and amazing lower level with beautiful furnishings, and new mattresses. Bedrooms are on main floor, 2 steps to entrance (no railing), railing along stairs to lower level.
Includes a fenced backyard with fire pit, plenty of off-street parking. Two-night minimum stay required.
Great home base to explore the amazing city of Madison and the surrounding communities!
Note: There is a Ring camera monitor at the front door for your protection.

We were attending an event at Alliant Energy Center, and the location was perfect. The house was just as advertised. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well furnished with all the essentials to do basic cooking. Cute little backyard area! It was exactly what we needed for our stay!

Perfect house and location for quick trip to Madison for my daughter’s graduation. Nice to be so close to downtown yet out of the fray of traffic and busy restaurants. House was pristine clean and super cute. Owners were responsive. Highly recommend.

The place was just what we were looking for! A nice space where everyone can sit and chat. We also really liked the projector room downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. I would recommend this property.

Great little spot

This is a great little spot, very comfortable and conveniently located to multiple area cities. Ben and Sara are wonderful hosts and assure their guests have everything they need for a fun, relaxing stay.

The house is great and the host is very easy to work with. Plenty of blankets and pillows which I appreciate. Fun restaurants within walking distance and not a far drive to Madison. We enjoyed our stay!

Great home away from home

We have lots of family in the Madison area and the Badger Den is a perfect place to stay when we come to visit. This is our second stay here and it felt good to walk into a familiar place after days on the road.

It was a perfect place for our long weekend in Madison. Very clean and comfortable. Some very good restaurants nearby. We didn’t make much use of it but kitchen seemed very well stocked.
