Paoli Den is the fully refinished lower flat of this peaceful and clean vacation rental in the heart of Verona with a major bike path right in the backyard! This space offers a full kitchen, comfortable dining space, two queen bedrooms and a bonus space that sleeps one person. Please note that the bonus space is a comfy day bed but does not offer privacy as it is a shared space. Minutes from EPIC and highly walkable. The expansive yard offers a fire-pit area, yard games, outdoor dining and grill for guests. We provide all necessities for a relaxing stay including multiple options for coffee and tea lovers. We aim to provide a five-star experience for all guests who choose our space! Please note! This is the lower flat of a three-flat home.

Lovely renovated place close to a wonderful bike and walking path. Great location, hosts were very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The host was very welcoming, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you'd ever need and more! I was impressed by how personal they were with a thank you note for staying and snacks.

Don’t let the outside of the house fool you . The newly renovated den was adorable. It came with everything you needed. Very cozy and quiet because you’re in the lower level of the home. I would highly recommend staying there. It was a very nice place for our girls weekend.

The apartment was clean, but there was a slight smell inside, that we couldn’t pinpoint. Wasn’t terribly offensive but we noticed it. The apartment is cute and did the job for what we needed. The host left a thank you note and a few snacks which was thoughtful. Would’ve loved to have a fan somewhere inside, just a note for future guests.

Hi Kelly! Thanks for the review. I wish you would have let us know that you wanted a fan and that there was an off smell. We did not notice it during cleaning. Perhaps due to the heat wave? A four star review does suggest we did not provide a good experience. I do wish we would have had the chance to earn a five-star review with you since our continued success relies on strong reviews. A very cute and small space that has a home feel to it. As a gal that’s sensitive to a lot of strong smells. I especially loved that it had a fresh clean smell with no scent plug ins. Very clean, very comfortable. Very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Lovely appointed basement apartment. In person view better than pictures. Very nice to include snacks, all soaps for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We could hear people above us, but didn’t bother us. Great large backyard to play ball in with our pup. Walking trail right off the property. Close to bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Management very responsive and accommodating.

Great place

We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place for us and our two young children. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and was quick to respond to any messages. We would definitely recommend!

Overall a fantastic stay! I’d say only things brought up was the upstairs tenant blocked the path to the basement unit a few times, but not enough to be impassable. Only other thing mentioned is it seemed the basement unit didn’t have a thermostat so could feel chilly. Overall though a great property and owners and will look to stay again for next years tournament!

Great location, fantastic communication!

Close to a great walking path with easy highway access into Madison. The hosts were quick in communication and responsive which was very much appreciated given our short-notice booking and request.

Everything we needed easy commute to city of wisconson, clean, great communication with the host and the host left a welcome basket for us that was focused towards the reason we were in town, world championship strongman competition.

Madison visit

Staying here at Paoli Den was enjoyable. The hosts were very attentive to my needs and always quick to respond to any questions or comments I had. The full kitchen was really nice and well equipped. The welcoming snacks were a nice touch.

I do my best to make "seizing the day" and "smelling the roses" more than clichés in my life.

I genuinely enjoy hosting guests and aim to create a space that is warm, inviting, and squeaky clean! We want our guests to really enjoy themselves and feel at home during their stay. We are local and always here to help when it is needed.

Verona is an excellent location for Madison events or visits but offers such a walkable and inviting neighborhood. You can walk to all of your needs. And the highway is right there so you can easily access so many surrounding areas easily.

We have almost an acre of land in the middle of a beautiful community. Our back yard is spacious and tree-lined and boasts the Military Ridge Trail right there. I think the tree lined outdoor space and ease of location is the best feature.
