Best location in town for proximity to CSU and Old Town! Built in 1895, The Modern Historic North has been lovingly restored and modernized with your comfort in mind in 2017. This one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and amazing kitchen, front porch and a back patio area and grill will make your stay a place to relax, unwind and enjoy! There is a queen size bed and a pullout couch, so could sleep 3 people. Easy access by foot or bike to the beautiful Colorado State University campus and the excitement of Old Town which is blocks away:)) If you desire more space, the other side of the duplex is available. Was an ideal place to rent. Easy access to walk or drive to old town. Not far from Rockie Mountain National Park. We stayed here for five days. Host was wonderful to work with. Very clean.

This VRBO rental was the cleanest place we have EVER stayed at wether it be a hotel, motel, or holiday inn. We absolutely will be looking to come back to this listing next time in town. Very clean, great location, and wonderful yard and front porch. The hood has great vibes and lots of the right energy. We never touched the tv as there was plenty of porch time to be had in this beautiful CO weather.Thanks for the stay!

This is a cozy old duplex whose charm is the squeaky floors and noisy doors. There is plenty of room, and it is ideal for a couple with no children. The house was squeaky clean, the decor was attended to with detail, and the host was kind and accommodating. We were welcomed with a fresh set of orchids in the kitchen. We hardly wanted to leave the house; the place was so comfortable. It is situated close to, if not in, downtown Fort Collins; the university is one block away. I highly recommend this rental.

Love Fort Collins!
The house is perfectly located for exploring Ft. Collins & the surrounding areas. It was clean & well stocked. The host was quick to respond our questions/requests. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend in Fort Collins
Great walkable location. Charming cottage duplex built in 1895 remodeled for modern comfort but keeping the original charm intact. Just as described, wonderfully appointed and spotlessly clean.

Wonderful home away from home
A beautiful home and a great, spacious backyard. It’s located in a idyllic neighborhood perfect for morning walks. Loved it!

Great Little Place
Exactly as pictured, well stocked kitchen, close to campus and great location. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Very responsive host when there was a problem with door code. This was our second time staying here, would recommend.

Great location.
Cute house in a central location in town across from campus. Owner was very responsive a great with communication. Would surely return!

Loved the Home & Great Location
Really enjoyed our stay. The home is located so close to downtown Fort Collins. You can walk anywhere. The amenities provided in the home were perfect. We will definitely book here again when we visit. Wonderful host with great communication.

Excellent location and layout
Wonderful home with quality furninshings and big kitchen, and comfy bed. Nicely spacious with high ceilings and a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Fort Collins. Loved it!

Lovely property, great location. The front porch and back patio space were so nice and very much used. I had everything needed for a two week stay (no need to buy extra supplies as with most vrbo properties). Harriet was a great to work with and an excellent host. Check out was extra nice. No long list of dos and don’ts

Great place
The property was very well appointed. Especially enjoyed the 1905 house with some of the original features and then everything updated and very comfortable. Location is so convenient to Old Town Fort Collins and neighborhood is lovely. Would definitely recommend this property as well as other properties Harriet manages as we were in Fort Collins for a family get together and other family members stay in a large house and it was well done as well.
