This beautiful new home at 1007 Ariola Drive sleeps up to 28 people and has an inviting, private pool! Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $100 a day! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - March 1st only.)

Walk into an amazingly spacious living room and kitchen, with seating for all of your family and friends. The kitchen features two dishwashers, two refrigerators, double ovens, range, microwave and under the counter ice makers. This house is the ultimate vacation rental! "Following Seas" is the perfect place for your wedding, vacation or family reunion.

On the main floor, you will walk into a large open kitchen, living and dining space. Head towards the stairway and find a king bedroom with attached bath, facing the Gulf, as well as a bedroom with two queen beds and attached bath that faces the pool. There is also a half bath located on this level.

The second floor boasts an additional living space with large flat screen TV, wet bar, and additional six bedrooms. Four of the six bedrooms are located on the upper four corners of the home. There is a king bedroom facing the Gulf, as well as three additional corner rooms with two queen beds each. Each corner bedroom has an attached bath. Facing the pool you will find the additional two bunk rooms, each with their own bathroom.

The ground floor area under the house has a bar area available for events. This area is only available for weddings and other events. Event fees apply to all reservations using the ground level bar area. The underneath space of the home is complete with beautiful details, electricity, and hooks for your wedding or event decor! Great Gathering Place

Reviewer Comments: We had 30 people gathered for Thanksgiving in Pensacola and we could house a portion of those coming from Ohio, Colorado, Naples (FL), Texas, and New Hampshire. The heated pool was enjoyed by young children and their parents. The beach access, just across the road in front of the house, made it friendly for long or short visits, any time of the day. November sunsets at 4:45 were stunning!

Beautiful and Spacious

This property was not only beautiful but so spacious and just perfect for a large family Thanksgiving. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the living spaces are very large with plenty of seating. Lots of parking as well. Property manager is top notch as well!

Fantastic Spot for Beach Retreat!

This property is spacious, well equipped, and lives large. The two balconies are perfect for hanging out in good company and enjoying the views. All bathrooms are very clean with nice finishes throughout. Dual refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers make for functional success. The property was exactly as described in the listing. We had 26 adults staying in the house and would rent it again!

Perfect for our family gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been returning to the Gulf every summer for 40+ years (a different house each year), and this is my favorite! Huge, well equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 gas grills, even 2 stacked washer/dryers. And an ice maker. Lots of seating on the two Gulf-facing decks. No fussy decorations.Paradise Beach Homes provided extraordinary customer service.My only disappointment (being a California eco-freak) is that there is no longer a recycling bin for street pickup - you have to transport it to a bin behind the rental office. NBD, though. I realize many don’t care.We enjoyed the very clean pool, the simple bar opening to the pool area and the spacious carport. Hot shower outside is an added frill.Gulf view is unobstructed, as the lot across the street is vacant.Ten stars!

Amazing Home

Less than a minute walk LTP the beach, the heated pool was an added bonus. Although the weather was unseasonably windy. The only issue we had was with the stove but it was repaired within two hours of calling Paradise Beach representative. We have zero complaints and will highly recommend to any large group. Also, the booking process was extremely smooth and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful in securing the perfect home for our vacation. If I could I’d give more stars!! Highly Recommend

But once you get into the house your probably won’t leave the house. It’s beautiful the kitchen is stunning. The views of the ocean breathtaking. 100/100 loved it. We went off season so the area was pretty quiet and they were doing construction on most of the restaurants.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving week and cooked every meal together. The kitchen was stocked pretty well for all our needs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and we used all 8 of them. Would definitely recommend this house for family gatherings. We did not use the pool since the weather was cool and it was not heated. But the beach was just across the beach and easy access for all.
