Step into this beach retreat & enjoy all the comforts of home. All the amenities you'd expect including new mattresses on all beds & brand new sofa. An additional bonus is parking for 2 cars right next to your unit.

Enjoy swimming & relaxing during the day & beautiful sunsets at nightfall. A small piece of paradise we'd like to share with you. Sorry, no pets per condo rules. Air conditioner in living area & both bedrooms..

Wonderful week

My husband and I loved staying in this little cottage right at the beach. It was so relaxing and peaceful. We love being so close to P Town and Race Point if we should want to leave our quiet little paradise. Would definitely stay again.

Great place

Great location and lovely place, very peaceful and quiet and close to the bay. When there was a problem with one of the A/C units, the property manager was very responsive and had the unit replaced in a matter of hours. I am looking forward to returning.

Pleasant Stay

The cottage is located in a perfect area. Very quiet and peaceful. It's a wonderful place to stay if you want to enjoy the Outer Cape. We would stay here again without any hesitation. We loved it.

Nice place, pretty much what we were looking for, good location. Well supplied with essential items. Could use a couple of minor improvements. Overall we were satisfied and would rent it again.

Beautiful

We had an amazing time. The home was perfect for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. The view was beautiful! It was just a short walk to a very quiet beach. Definitely planning on going back again next year!

Truly amazing! Joy was a pleasure working with and answering any and all questions leading up to our trip and after. The place came well stocked with all items listed in description of listing. Truly made our stay so easy. I did the walk from our place to Commercial Street in P-Town and it’s about a 5.25 mile walk round trip and worth doing, bring lots of water or cash to buy some on your route, most places have a 10 min for cards/applepay. The drive to our favorite beach, Ballston was only 15 minutes and everything else was no further than 10, what more can you ask for. Some comments or recommendations ;there is no oven but a dishwasher ?! A toaster oven is good for bagels and toast but not for cooking. The stovetop, could have been us, but took 2 hours to boil water for pasta—would do on the grill, that gets super hot and fast! The views are amazing and you get your own sandbox, makes you feel like a kid again. You have a small walk to your own private beach, perfect for watching the sun set on P-town.Would recommend to all!!!

Just a short boardwalk to the beach!

This property is sparkling clean and lovely. Really nice linens and towels and all the paper goods and soaps you'll need. From the deck it's all boardwalk to the uncrowded beach. We loved being able to hail a bus to Provincetown and leave the car behind. We met Deter and Jay who were very helpful with a small problem we had. Would love to stay here again.

A piece of heaven

This was our second year staying here. We absolutely love it! You can see the ocean from the deck and it is a very short walk to an almost private beach. There are never a lot of people on it. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. The cottage is so comfortable and cozy, it has all the amenities you need. Going to Ptown is a breeze you can just hop on the bus and it brings you right into town. No driving and paying for parking necessary. It’s a wonderful place and we will definitely be back.

Beachfront Gem-Not Beachfront

This property was listed on the VRBO web site as: "Don't miss this beachfront gem". It is beach front if you don't look at the house that's 25feet right in-front of it. The best part of this place was the location. Indeed, it was a 5 min walk to a beautiful privet beach. The cabin was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean linens and the kitchen was well quipped. The outdoor gas grill was fine and new. The picnic table was well weathered, but still held us. The umbrella for the table was broken. As was the coffee maker (leaked), the bathroom door did not close all the way or open all the way. The 3 window air-conditioners were straining. It did indeed have an outdoor shower, but nothing around it for privacy. The letter "G" that your supposed to find on a storage box, behind the property to tell which one is yours, fell off years ago. You can see a faint outline of a "G" on the storage box that is collapsing on itself. Everything was of a very cheep quality. It looked like they bought all of the stuff in a dollar store. Everything was flimsy. Also, the owner did not provide us with any contact info. On the APP it had the owners #: XXX_XXX_XXXX and the maintenance number: XXX-XXX-XXXX. Good thing we never had to call. In researching this property all of the ratings were 10/10 except one 8/10. I guess they throw all of the bad ones away. I doubt this review will ever get published. It's a great location, but renter beware of such glowing reviews.

Wonderful Peaceful place

We had such a beautiful time at Joys cottage. They pay attention to details. They had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The space was great for the 3 of us and had plenty of room left. My favorite was shirt walk to the beach where I would go in the mornings with my cup of coffee and watch the waves and seagulls play. The Pilgrims Monument in the distance was the best during sunsets. It was magical. Just what I needed. I can’t wait to be back.

Summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The setting was wonderful. We loved having our coffee on the deck in the morning and it was so easy to head down to the beach in the evening to watch the amazing sunsets. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The community was very quiet and relaxing. I was worried it might be a little small for the 4 of us, but it was perfect. It was just what we needed to help us recharge.

Perfect cottage exceeded our expectations

Really nice location in North Truro, abundantly stocked with nice quality towels and basic necessities, immaculately clean. Although there are 2 bedrooms, it would be tight for four adults but would work for a couple with a small child or two. Close to four lovely beaches, a couple of nice markets and good restaurants without having to go to Provincetown if you prefer a quieter scene.

Wonderful!

Clean, stocked with everything you would need, great use of small space that allowed for 4 of us to move about and enjoy. Great location, lovely view, quiet, peaceful even though close neighbors wrongfully complained about us. Manager was great and understood. Had such a nice time and would return in a flash. Great place!!! Thanks Joy and all who made this a wonderful stay!
