One block down you are on river walk with shops and waterview dining. One block to right you are at coffee, cupcake shop, pubs, arts craft's museum's, fine dining,local grocers, beautiful historical buildings, ghost tours and even get your own private horse and buggy tour of all of downtown. So quite when you want to relax away from noise of hustle and bustle but one block from all the action. 20 min ride to ocean. Can uber so don't have to worry about parking. Very rare 2 car private parking driveway on property.

Amenities were good. Could use some updating. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the place, in particular the bathroom as there was black mold found on the shower curtain and under the bathroom tub mat inside of the tub.

Historic Wilmington

Location was great, just one block from river. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Beautiful area. Bedrooms were spacious and living room was comfy. Driveway was convenient for parking but hard to see traffic when backing out.All one level, but not easy for a person with a walker to maneuver around washer/dryer to get to bathroom and 2nd bedroom.

Incredibly convenient

Best location, one block off Riverwalk. Parking is a huge bonus. Good AC. Very nice place and would recommend. Host is very communicative and friendly.

Best Location!!!

This property was perfect for sister time around the Cape Fear Riverwalk! First time visiting Wilmington and this cozy home made our visit easy and relaxing. So nice to be able to return ‘home’ and go back out again and never worry about finding a parking spot. Chris was responsive whenever I contacted him which wasn’t often as we had everything we needed at this property. I would love to visit here again. Thank you Chris!

great trip

In town for 2 nights and family member wedding. Perfect location for walking access to river walk and eats and shopping destinations. Everything needed in the house and actually more cozy than expected. Folks in upper unit had a small one whose feet you would hear early but since we do not sleep late it was not a bother. Would recommend to friends.

Quick trip

Needed a place to stay for one night due to having to take a test for my new job certification. This was a great place in a great location and the owner was very quick to respond and give clear instructions. Wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely will come back when I want a quick get away.

Incredible location!

This place was exactly as described and shown in pictures! Air conditioning, hot water, comfortable beds. It was super close to everything in downtown Wilmington so we didn’t have to walk more than a couple minutes to any restaurant, coffee, or bar. The host was great and provided contact information in case we needed anything at any time! Highly recommend for your trip to Wilmington!

Perfect location. Great stay.

The location is so close to the Riverwalk in a pretty neighborhood. We walked everywhere. Easy to step down to the river and watch the sunset. Nice furniture for sharing space with another couple. Good communication with Chris, the owner.

Excellent location in historic district

Condo’s location could not be better, easy walking distance to river, and downtown, and it has off street parking, which is a bonus. Check-in was simple and host’s response was almost immediate to my note about broken dishwasher. Bedrooms, dining room and living area are spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen set up is basic. Pacing/barking dog upstairs annoyance is offset by white noise machine provided for one bedroom. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

Location location location

Walking distance to everything downtown Wilmington. One block from river walk. The driveway means no hassle parking. We did have some AC issues but the owner was on it before we knew there was a problem. Great place to stay, would stay there again.
