Comfortable & convenient first floor apartment located in duplex on 3rd St. There is open concept floor plan living, dining, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and free on street parking. Fully equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You'll love the hardwood floors and watching the world race by from the comfort of your front porch.
Located across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.
Please note, the fireplace is not usable.

Fantastic place! Perfect location, within walking distance to all kinds of fun. Not hard to find parking on the street, plus there's the ones in back. We would absolutely stay again.

Pleasant stay in beautiful property

Property was spotlessly clean. We were impressed by the historic architecture of high ceilings and crown molding. Had a very pleasant stay.

Very convenient location. Relatively high traffic road, but Bedrooms well insulated from noise. A bit of a walk to Downtown.

We had a lovely stay it was close to the river walk and great places to eat. My friend wished the master bed had its own tv. The price was fantastic. Lots of parking in the back. Wilmington is a wonderful place to visit.

Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location (we love to walk), is clean, and has everything to make you comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the huge variety of pillows. Seems minor, but I could pick the perfect one for me. We sat on the porch and had coffee everyday. Absolutely loved it.

Beautiful, modern, large and clean inside. Lovely historic neighborhood ambience. Close to downtown.Walkable and easy parking.Bring your own tissue, soap,shampoo,wash cloth.Gas fireplace wasn't working. And TV was difficult to operate. (no instructions)No written instructions for leaving stay either.

Great place very walkable to the downtown area! Had a blast, the only thing I would recommend to the owners is to change out the showerheads. For about 35-40 you can get a much better one than the cheap ones that are in there.Besides that, excellent property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visited Wilmington for the Azalea Festival with friends. Great location and parking behind apartment as promised and greatly appreciated. Great location. Didn’t need our vehicle for the entire stay. The place was clean and comfortable. A few maintenance items need attention (eg. stove light, toilet seat, a few burned out bulbs, ice trays). Otherwise, good value and great location. I’d recommend.
