This home is what sparked my passion for curating experiences and sharing wonderful spaces with others. Many historic duplexes in the downtown area will be a top-and-bottom style, while this property is well thought-out and very unique as features a side-by-side style, offering many advantages including private separate parking, outdoor areas, deck areas, and no noise up and down. Each side features a private driveway, which is hard to come by downtown where most houses must utilize only street parking. It has a large wrap-around front porch which is relaxing and inviting with multiple rocking chairs. A private back yard area tops it off. You will not find many properties or rentals in Downtown Wilmington with amenities like this.
