Walk 3-4 blocks to downtown, and one more to the Riverwalk. Incredible location for a Downtown Wilmington visit. You will struggle to find a reason to drive or Uber anywhere during a stay here.

Downtown Wilmington is special in that it offers a rich history, fun vibe and culture - but is also a coastal town. A 15-20 minute drive gets you to the best beaches NC has to offer, including Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. There is no shortage of fun activities!

Each side features a private driveway, which is hard to come by downtown where most houses must utilize only street parking. It has a large wrap-around front porch which is relaxing and inviting with multiple rocking chairs. A private back yard area tops it off. You will not find many properties or rentals in Downtown Wilmington with amenities like this.
