Loved the property in walking distance to the beach. It’s also close to several shopping centers. The overall property was well maintained and beautiful. The host is very responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the property was clean.

The property was lovely, comfortable, and perfect for our group of five. We did have a few small issues pop up, but our host was extremely responsive and the issues were resolved as quickly as possible. Justin, our host, was great with communication, and seemed to genuinely care about resolving any issues. I recommend this property for similarly sized groups without hesitation!

Wonderful stay in Kauai. The property is wonderfully located next to the greenway for a quick walk down to Poipu. Property was well stocked. Very nice pool area for kids and adults. Peaceful retreat on our favorite Hawaiian island. Highly recommend.

This villa was perfect for our family vacation! It was a beautiful place and had lots of space for our teenage kids. It was a great location! A short walk to the beach and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and finding adventures and activity nearby! We would love to return for a future Kauai vacation!

The pool was beautiful. We enjoyed the short walk to beaches (it actually was short enough for this grandma). We really appreciated the children's toys, the beach chairs, the boogie boards, the wagon to haul it all to the beach. Excellent response from host.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful home. Great location to the beach and town. The pool in the complex is beautiful as well! Loved the complex's walking path. Can't wait to go back.

Great extended family vacation spot

This property had a great layout for our household of grandparents, parents, and young adults. It was well stocked with what we needed and walking distance to everything. We loved our stay there!

Excellent unit in a complex that has become our favorite! The pool and hot tub area is fabulous, the ground floor location makes it easy to just step outside and walk anywhere. The unit was thoughtfully appointed and as described. Our 8 year old slept on the air mattress and it was perfect for him. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay in this villa with a family of 5 (3 children) and grandparents. The proximity to both pool and beach was wonderful and we loved how walkable everything was from the greenbelt right outside the door. The layout of the villa was perfect for our needs. We hope to return some day!

Beautiful accommodation with everything we needed. Perfect layout for two families (4 kids). The pool hit the spot and we loved walking down to the beach every day. Hope we can come back again!

Wonderful Villa in a perfect spot in Poipu

We enjoyed our stay in the villa it was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and eateries. The patio was our favorite place to hang out and eat our meals and relax. Would highly recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Great family vacation

We had an amazing stay. Check-in was easy, and the villa was exactly as pictured. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook some great meals at home. It was so close to both Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Fun Family Vacation

The condo is very comfortable, we loved opening the doors to the lanai. It's a convenient location - we were able to walk to the beach, trails and even to get takeout. Each day was a different drive to explore various areas around the island - each having it's own beauty. A great stay !!

Wonderful location, beautifully decorated & comfortable condo, loved the kitchen, lanai & beautiful master bedroom. Easy walking around the complex or to the beach areas. We really enjoyed the pool area, great atmosphere.

Great family villa

The villa was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 16 month old twin boys. The inside layout worked great for our needs and furnishings were comfortable. Loved the garden level and close location to the pool. The easy access to the walking trail was super convenient for beach and adjacent hotel access.

Great location

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach or just hang around the pool. The unit had everything we needed. Shops and food were convenient to get to. Great support from the owner.

Best VRBO!

This has been the best VRBO we've rented yet. So clean and well appointed with comfy beds and great location! Justin and William were very responsive but we really didn't need a thing! Everything was perfect!
