Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Ebbtide 705. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The ocean views were beautiful and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. The Condo came with a garage but our car was too long for it. Diane with Verb was so good in responding when we had a questions. Would stay here again !!

Awesome stay

The unit was nice and clean including a large balcony with a great view. The unit had everything we needed for preparing/cooking meals. The property is maintained well and the staff are friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed using the pool and hot tube. The gym is small and the universal machine is dated but you could still get a decent workout in. The sauna is nice and large. Access to the beach is convenient. The two large weber grills on-site looked fairly new and worked great. We would stay here again.

Nice place. TV was not user friendly. Very difficult to use. Primary bedroom needs a new mattress. .

Memorial Day

The property was wonderful. Ocean views welcomed us upon our entry. The condominium was clean, the accommodations were comfortable and everything was as advertised. Highly recommend this property.

Blissful vacation at EbbTide

We had another 2 weeks of relaxation and serenity at the beach! Love the unit and the accessibility of the owners, when needed. The complex is fantastic, the unit is incredible and the owners are very welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are repeat visitors to this unit and can't wait to visit again - hopefully soon!

Family vacation

This is a beautiful unit with lots of amenities. Location is fantastic. Kitchen has everything you need. Beautifully decorated and still comfortable. When visiting NSB we always rent this unit. Love it!

Wonderful condo

This condo has everything you could ask for from beach toys, chairs, tent, and even beach towels. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was great having a garage as well so no beach equipment had to be taken into the condo which was a plus! We will definitely be back!

Incredible Getaway

We have been vacationing in New Smyrna beach for over 30 years and have never stayed in a condo as beautiful as this. It was clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. Diane and Kelly were great to work with and we are already starting to plan for a return trip as soon as possible.

Great condo!!

We had the best week and truly enjoyed staying in this condo! The updated kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful! The condo was VERY well equipped and had everything we needed. The property was clean and well kept. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We will go back for sure!!

What you see in the pics is what you are getting. I have seen so many pics that are at least 10 years old. This place was fantastic, clean and plenty of beach stuff. Nice outdoor furniture, great balcony, great pool, great beach location.

Gorgeous condo!, unprofessional pool staff

Gorgeous condo! Modern and clean! The entire Edd Tide property as a whole was very clean. The owner was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. This condo has everything you could possibly need including boogie boards, chairs, beach canopy, bikes, extra diapers, infant booster seat, kids books and toys, cooler, etc. The condo was very kid friendly. The pool area on the other hand, not so much. The staff at the pool were extreme in there enforcement of the rules. There are several cameras around the pool to watch everyone. When the staff sees one slight infraction someone marches out and scolds you. No joke. For example, there is no food or drinks allowed with in 4 feet of the pool or spa. I saw a guest get scolded for taking a sip from a bottle of water standing too close to the spa. We have two little boys. We were scolded almost every day for something. Other guest/families we talked with had the same experience. There was zero grace with all the rules. We knew they were watching us on camera and it was difficult to relax. We were always wondering what we would get scolded for next. As of right now, in our experience, the pool/spa area is not a family friendly place. Maybe that will change in the future. The pool/spa area is more for older couples with no kids. Despite the unprofessional pool staff, I still give this property 5 stars. Again, the condo and owner were great!

Stunningly beautiful condo in one of the best locations in NSB

Since we are fairly local (45 min. away) we have stayed in many condos at New Smyrna Beach over the years. This is by far the best. Ebb Tide is our favorite condo in NSB with a pool that gets shaded from the V shape of the buildings, has a hot tub, and a sauna. It's also a great no-drive location and close to great food (JB's and So Napa). The condo itself has been recently renovated and is beautiful. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed which is great when you have older kids like I do. It would be great to bring in-laws with the kids even. The view from the 7th floor is breathtaking. We spotted many dolphin and the pelicans like to fly by right at that level. Also, there were 3 sea turtle nests right in front of the condo and we saw the tracks leading up and away from one of them. Overall this is the best condo we have ever stayed in on New Smyrna Beach.
