Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin in a VERY private setting on 12 acres with a rushing creek.
The living area features an open kitchen and dining area, vaulted ceilings, and a stone fireplace and separate woodstove. This cabin is the perfect vacation getaway with a separate deck overlooking the creek.
Great central location, convenient to many area attractions. Beautiful setting all year round!

Absolutely perfect stay, even in the pouring rain. House is very well stocked and very clean. Beautiful scenery. We grilled some great steaks and enjoyed some board games. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful, peaceful two-week stay! The cabin has great rustic charm while being extremely well-equipped. The kitchen is stocked way above average—it even has actual sharp knives, which is a rare treat! We also loved the surrounding nature; during our time there, we spotted deer, butterflies, hummingbirds, and even a pair of owls. Highly recommended for a relaxing escape! The cabin strikes a perfect balance between getaway.

Beautiful cabin! Two porches to enjoy sitting and relaxing outside with nature...could hear the small creek in the back and a deer came across the driveway. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. If we are up that way again, we would definitely stay there!

Creekside was a great cabin for our weekend. It was super clean, cute and rustic. Michael was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The furnishings and bed were comfortable. Great NC mountains cabin!

Wonderful secluded, cozy log cabin!!! My 4 year old son loved the creek in the back where we found salamanders!!! The host was easy to contact and very quick to reply. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed nearby hikes (Otter Falls Trail and Beacon Heights Overlook) and dinner in Blowing Rock!

We loved our stay at Creekside! The location was perfect, and we spent time at the wineries and restaurants nearby. Our dogs loved the creek and had plenty of space to run around. Michael's communication was great and the listing was spot on. We will definitely book Creekside again.

Quiet Cabin in the beautiful North Carolina woods on 12 acres in a secure gated community. 15 minute drive to downtown Banner Elk for restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed hiking in the area. Multiple places to hike within a 30 minute radius and a big bonus of this VRBO was that we could bring our Aussie with us!

We had a fantastic stay here at this creekside cabin. Mike was a great communicator. The cabin was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a peaceful stay. The front porch, back deck and creekside sitting platform were all wonderful. The interior is so inviting and comfortable.

This is our 3rd year in this cabin and we loved the location. Mike is a great host, we love it and can’t wait to come back. Centrally located to all the top attractions and the home is clean and well maintained.

We also have our private cabin on an adjoining 9 acre property next to Creekside, so any questions or otherwise we're only a couple of minutes away. We've been renting this cabin ourselves now for almost 15 years and probably half of our business is returning renters. One retired couple have rented from us in the summer months for 10 years, so we have a lot of clients that enjoy the privacy and location and return often.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Very private. Located between Boone and Banner Elk. Gated community of 200 acres with only about 25 cabins. Surrounded on 3 sides by US Parkland (Julian Price Park) and protected land owned by the Blue Ridge Land Conservancy. Property is at 3800-4000' elevation. Summers rarely get above 75-80 degrees during the day. Nights are cool and mosquito free. 15 minutes to Boone or Banner Elk. 30 minutes to Beech Mt or Blowing Rock. Winter skiing 10 minutes away at Sugar Mtn. or 30 minutes to Beech Mtn. Tubing 10 minutes just across the road at Seven Devils or Sugar.
