Check-in/check-out on Mondays or Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day.(We are often flexible with other check-in/check-out dates. Just ask and we'll see what we can do for you!) Saturday only check-out available on July 12th. Can be just a few days or July 7-12 available. A quick 2 day weekend (July 18-20 is also available. No check out on the 19th.) Any questions just ask!

Our condo is NOT a party place. Our condo is very nice and we intend to keep it that way for our family and for our renters and their families. You must be respectful of our neighbors, several who are there year round. Thank you!

Condo is well furnished and includes granite counter tops with three bar stools and kitchen table with chairs and bench seating for five. The living room has two comfortable bamboo swivel chairs, a sleeping sofa along with a large flat screen smart tv. The balcony has a set of comfortable and sturdy chairs where you can enjoy some people watching with your favorite beverage. The condo is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, boogie boards, two beach chairs as well as some beach toys for the kids (and adults too!) Save yourself some packing! There are even games, cards and puzzles in condo for your use. Kitchen is well stocked for eating in though there are many wonderful restaurants nearby to choose from.

Convenient keypad entry so no need to worry about losing a key.

Comfortable queen size bed in bedroom along with a queen size sleep sofa in living room. Queen Aerobed also available for use if preferred over sleep sofa. Pillows and blankets are available for your use.

Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill is one short block over. Enjoy drinks served to you on the beach or simply walk up to their beach bar. Barn 34 is a favorite breakfast spot of ours and just a minute walk away. Shotti's Point is a pub right across the road with delicious oven fired pizza and really great soft tacos. Convention Center, Seacrets and Jolly Rogers amusement park are just some of the local attractions well within walking distance from our conveniently located condo on 36th street. One parking spot is assigned to condo. There is also free parking in front of condo available on a first come first served basis. Condo is located directly across the street from bus stop so there is no need to fight the traffic to the inlet or other attractions, just stay parked and hop on the bus!

***Linens (including bedding and towels) and paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper) are NOT provided. We always stock condo throughout the year with hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. We also stock condo when we are there with toilet paper but always recommended bringing a roll or so just in case!
