Family Vacation 2024

Everything was extremely nice and amazingly upgraded. The location to get to the beach seemed like just a few steps away, which was great for someone my age. Hoping to be able to book for same week next year. Highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

Nice property in a superb location

Jon's condo is beautiful and modern. It was the first time I've ever had to provide my own sheets and towels, but that was a minor inconvenience. The keyless entry is awesome; we never had to worry about a key when we were headed out to the beach. It was very convenient to be able to just go and not worry about how we would get back in. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. The washer and dryer worked well. The furniture is nice and also comfortable. The dining table had spots for 3 which was great since there were only 2 of us. We will definitely stay here again when we're in town.

Great location - great price

It’s not a modern place but it has everything you need to have a great time! The place is decorated accordingly and if you take time to read them, they will make you fee at home!

Great spot with great location

Was even better then the photos. so close to the beach and just a short drive to boardwalk. We have two teenagers and an 8 yr old and it was big enough for us. Jon was great with communication. We will be definitely staying again.

Great Stay!

Pleasantly surprised with the property/furniture because the photos are a little outdated! We enjoyed our stay immensely. Owner was extremely responsive for any questions. I would highly recommend this location for a small family or group of 4-6.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely stay again. It was comfortable and cozy. The two full size beds were newer and very comfortable. It wasn't advertised, but the unit also included two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a few boogie boards. Great place for us!

Great Stay in OCMD on Short Notice

Me and two friends had a great stay during our golf trip. Our first reservation was canceled unexpectedly a couple days before we were set to travel. Fortunately we found this location! Cozy accommodations that fit our needs perfectly at a great price. Communication with Jon was easy and he replied quickly. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

Location location location

As depicted in listing. Location is great, steps to the beach. Ability to walk for necessities and some fun. Parking was easy and readily available. Family friendly and safe location. We had an issue that was quickly rectified but wish it had not happened. Communication was prompt with Jon. Overall the space could use an update but we were not there much more than to sleep and get ready for the day/night. Heard from neighbors about the previous owner, hope Jon is as fondly spoken about as she was.

Nice condo, easy in/out, responsive owner

This property worked out great for us. We booked on short notice with no issues. The check-in/out was the easiest of any place we ever stayed in OC. The owner Jon was quick and responsive each time we messaged him. The location is nice, uptown and only a half-block walk to the beach, very easy access. Not much view from there, but it was quiet and easy to unload/load both for beach and lodging. Parking was no problem at all. Bus stop is only a block away. The condo was as advertised, plenty of room for us, A/C worked great, no problems with TV or internet, kitchen/ bathroom/ laundry functional for our use. We ate most meals in and cooked almost every evening. Would definitely recommend for an off-boardwalk off-beach (but very close) stay!

Great Vacation

Our Sunday-Thursday stay was the perfect first beach vacation with my husband and I’s 1 year old son. The check in process was seamless and Jon was very nice and helpful. The place was so easily accessible as it is the first floor right off the stairwell which made it easy for lugging a baby and all of the things to and from the beach. The place was clean which was most important to us! But, we will say it could use some updating when possible and the bed was not super comfortable (if were being nit picky). Amazing beach vacation overall!

Great family getaway

John’s place had everything we needed and it was really nice. The property is well managed and the decor was pleasing. The only bad thing was there was mostly no front row parking so you have to park in the back of the building. And the back filled up quickly from other tenants as well.

Perfect Spot

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Jon's condo and, once again, it was the perfect spot for our long weekend beach getaway. Easy designated parking, awesome host communication, and super convenient beach access just a few steps away were exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Jon!
