Sugary white sands sweep out to greet emerald green waters creating a masterpiece of unsurpassed beauty...all for you! Combine this with the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, shopping and convenience stores and you have the makings of a great vacation. You have full access to all resort amenities including 2 pools, hot tub, fitness center, wifi and cable TV. Snowbirds are welcome and one of the pools is heated in winter.

Wonderful family vacation spot. Great place to stay for a large family. Great view, nice property , easy access to area attractions. The floors were sandy upon arrival to the unit and the shower curtain in the master bathroom kept falling down. All other amenities were fine. Loved the ocean view with morning coffee. Great place to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great as well. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and any stores we needed to visit quickly. The beach view is perfect as well as access to the beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again, and I hope we get to soon!

The location was great! I love being right on the beach it was an easy walk back to the room from the pool or beach! The rental could use some updates. Some of the utensils were rough and the bathroom shower curtain kept falling down. Other than that we loved it!

Wonderful accommodations for our October 2018 stay.

Unit was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. Owner was very accessible. Location is perfect for those who love beaches and pools. Highly recommend a visit!

Great location close to beach and pool. Awesome view of the Gulf. Easy to get to and get around to other coastal towns.

Great place

This condo has a full on beach/ocean view and is the perfect location. You can watch your kids from the balcony when they’re at the pool or the beach. Because this is a smaller complex, the beach is less crowded as well.

Due to a family emergency, we were unable to make our stay. However, the communication with the Host - from the time we made the reservation, up until the day of our scheduled arrival - was impeccable. They provided immediate updates about our stay, provided a visitors guide, clear instructions on check-in, etc. And because of this, I will definitely book this unit again. I'm hoping they will have us next year and fingers crossed we will be able to make it next time!

Family vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerplace. The accommodations were nice and clean. All we needed to bring were food and clothes. The two pools were great as well. Although our condo rental did not come with beach service it was available as soon as you step on the sand. The daily and weeklyratea for the service was reasonable.

Great location and comfort

The accommodations in this property are quite comfortable. The building was a wonderful location and there were a ton of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other items you need to function. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect location!

Communication was great before and during our trip. The deck was perfect to watch the kids in the pool with their friends in the evening. Super short walk to beach. We were with multiple other families for a dance competition - the building was perfect so the girls could hang out when they weren’t competing

CAUTION: READ BEFORE RENTING This review is not just for Pinky but for the owners of summer place unit 404! The unit needs SERIOUS updates!The mount for kitchen sink faucet is broken!The refrig is very outdated,the drawers difficult to open and crooked.no oven mitts the write-up stated 2 sleeper sofas was only 1. poor choice of sofa configuration short side of sofa backed up to the sliding glass door that accessed the balcony/patio, was difficult getting to because there was limited space btw back of sofa & door, tv could have been bigger, lamp in master didn’t work caused breaker to trip,master bathroom 1 sink had the faucet on backwards.the hair dryer didnt work.Throughout the entire unit it severely needs paint ALL the baseboards were filthy, all doors &door frames were dirty &dingy &walls need a fresh coat,There was paint chipping off door frames &baseboards,That may be picky but if i pay good money to vacation I expect the place to be at least as nice as my own home,It’s those little things that make a Big difference,It was all over &made an impression!a small stick vac would be nice for keeping sand picked up the cheap broom &very flimsy dust pan didn’t work well Also, we weren’t given codes for gates that accessed the building when leaving pool &gate for goin/coming to beach,no code provided for weight room,this is 1st condo we’ve rented w/out a beach chair &umbrella set provided conflicting instr on how to leave linens on departure

Overall Good Stay for Family

The property was perfect for a family of 8. The first night we arrived we noticed some sand on the floor throughout the condo, which was probably missed by the housekeepers. The pool was nice and the beach wasn’t crowded. The condo does need some updating like replacing bedroom/bathroom door knobs, Replacing dining table bench, and other small things. Overall it was a good stay for just a few days.

Not bad, but...

No towels, drain on kitchen sink leaked (was fixed during our stay). Extremely dated router. Shotty/old electrical, 3 tripped breakers, multiple sparked plugs. Despite these complaints, I'd stay here again. Good pricing, comfortable beds, good location.

SummerPlace 404 exceeded expectations.

Unit was clean, well maintained with very nice furnishings and a direct view of the gulf. My four adult children and I each had a comfortable bed and with two full bath rooms, we didn't have wait times. Private parking lot was well lit and close to the front door. Never had to wait on either of the two elevators and the large carts in the lobby were very convenient for luggage and groceries. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, by beach or road. With family living in the Fort Walton / Destin area, we will be back to SummerPlace 404.
