Welcome to 39 Cypress Ave! This home opens its doors this season to summer vacationers. Located in the desirable Sand Hill Cove neighborhood, this accommodating home offers an open layout, 5 bedrooms/2 baths, double sliders, and loads of deck space. Inside you will also find a new TV (not pictured) with cable and a fully stocked kitchen.
This property is managed by Narragansett Properties, we are available to guests when needed.
Quite neighborhood, great for walking
Out back, you'll find beach chairs for your use, an enclosed outdoor shower, newer deck, a gas grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. All this just a 5 minute walk to popular Roger Wheeler State Beach.

Never stay here! Dirty and moldy!

The house was filthy upon arrival. The ceiling fans hadn't been dusted in months. The floors and counters were dirty. The dehumidifier smelled and clearly had not been taken care of. The house had black mold in a closet, the garage, and the water filter in the fridge. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the mold in the fridge until several of us had been drinking from it for a few days. This house has clearly not been taken care of over the years. The dishwasher was not installed correctly and we expected it to fall out of its space. And neither of the sliding doors locked. The front door lock was barely functional and the key continuously got stuck. And the outside of the house didn't look much better.

Summer friends vacation

The property was everything as described. It was spacious and comfortable. Close to beach, lovely deck, with cool breezes. Enjoyed dinner out there most evenings. Comfortable beds.
