3 King Bed Suites (King Beds with luxury pillow-top mattressesd) each with attached bathrooms and hair dryers. 3 Suites have private access to the deck and patio, Flat-screen TV's in all bedrooms. Luxury linens and towels.
4th Bedroom with 2 Twin Bunk Beds (10 inch memory foam mattresses) one with a trundle- sleeps 5.... full bath across the hallway. Bunk beds are best for kids/teens (MAX weight capacity is 250# total per bunk set). Roll away available to go in any room and memory foam portable mattress.

Updated light and bright great room floor plan with hardwood floors, exposed beams, and floor to ceiling rock fireplace with 65" SMART TV, and cable. Modern granite kitchen (fully stocked) with eating bar island. Home sound system inside and on the back deck. High-Speed Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps). Charging Stations for phones in kitchen and bedrooms. House is very close to FORT ROCK PARK and just off Circle 4. A short walk or bike ride to the Sunriver Village & SHARC. SHARC Includes (Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Lazy River, Tubing Hill, Park, and Outdoor Amphitheater). Sunriver has over 32 miles of paved pathways for pedestrians and bicycle riders. Sunriver also offers three amazing parks (Fort Rock, Paulina, and Mary McCallum)
Our home does NOT allow dogs or pets of any kind and is NON-SMOKING inside and on the premises.
