Welcome to the Ole Grey Barn where the excitement of Deadwood is only 3 miles away and the peacefulness of the Black Hills surrounds you. 4 wheeling and snowmobile trails just down the road and close to the Michelson trail. Cabin is located right off of Highway 385, perfect for bikes and cars not wanting to drive on gravel. Cabin is fully furnished (3) Bedrooms all with Kingsized beds and individual A/C per room. Bonus room above garage has its own 1/2 bath, perfect place for the kids to hang out. 2 stall heated garage with floor drains, along with hot and cold water to wash your prized possessions. Massive covered porch, along with gas fire pit and 6 person hot tub. And did we mention privacy....sit in the hot tub and the only company watching you may be a deer passing by.

Only problem we had was the heavy rain washed out the driveway with gravel and was not able to ride motorcycles up hill ! But with 1 phone call it was cleaned up with in a hour . Excellent service to detail

The property was exactly as described. Check-in and out was very convenient. The host was very timely with answering questions. The property itself was amazing and our group had a great stay. The wrap-around porch was a great spot to unwind at night. Our group relaxed and watched a thunderstorm roll in. The garage extra fridge and freezer was a nice amenity. No bugs was a nice bonus, too!

Great house and location!

We had a great experience with this place! There was plenty of room for our group of 9. The house was very nice and very clean! We will definitely stay at the Ole Grey Barn again!

Amazing Rental and vacation!

We had a amazing time, the rental was just as described, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the Hot tub. Communication was great. Location was perfect to downtown deadwood. Cant wait to return again!

Family getaway.

We spent a couple days out in the black hills riding side by sides. The house is beautiful and the owners were amazing. Cleanliness was top notch. A great place for a getaway for our family!!

The property was amazing for our group. Close to UTV trails and to deadwood and lead. The host was very responsive and truly helped us with logistics for the trip. Plenty of parking for trailers and the use of the garage was great. There were Deer on the property and enjoyed mornings with coffee by the firepit and evenings in the hot tub.

Very nice property and close to town. Location is private and although close to the highway, very quite and peaceful. We will book again. Owner is great!

Perfect Getaway

We were in town for the Sturgis rally with a group of friends and family and the Ol Gray Barn was absolutely perfect. This home is spacious, comfortable and clean. It has every amenity you could think of and we loved the huge garage space. The owner's communication was wonderful and we felt at home.

Wonderful house!

The house was exactly as described. Good beds and plenty of towels. The location was perfect for our group. The owner reached out to us to make sure everything was to our liking. I highly recommend this house.

Deadwood stay

Our second year stay at property, it’s a great location to Deadwood, UTV wheeling trails and many other attractions. Our group enjoyed Wild Bill days, site seeing including Spear Fish canyon, 2 days wheeling in the Black Hills. We highly recommend this venue for a fun filled trip in S Dakota.

Great stay!

Everything was great!! Communication with owner was top notch! Had a few small glitches that were immediately fixed! The location and house worked out great for our group! We'll definitely be back! Definitely would recommend this rental to anyone!!

Great place to stay!

The Old Grey Barn is a great place to stay with family or friends. Very clean and accommodating. My kids and their cousins all got to stay together in the above garage loft which they loved. They could be loud and not have to worry about bothering anyone. Close to Terry Peak and Deadwood. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!

The Ole Grey Barn was wonderful. Easy to get to and pretty central for all the touristy things in the area. The house was clean and the beds were comfy! Plenty of space for 3 families! The host was very easy to get a hold of and super helpful! Definitely will look into this property again when we come back to the black hills!

Absolutely beautiful property in a great location!

The property is huge and had every amenity possible. The location is perfect and close to the trails. We were pulling a car trailer with our off-road toys and it was easy to turn around on the property and convenient to park the toys in the garage. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. We will be staying again and highly recommend this beautiful property!
